I order from here at least once a week if not multiple times a week. I got a big order of garlic knots so that it will not only last a couple of days, but also because my two children and husband love them as well. As I called tonight, a young girl picked up the phone. When I placed my order, she started giving me an attitude. I understand that my order was big, but as a customer, I definitely didnt deserve that type of treatment. This has also happened with her once before. As I pulled up to the establishment, I watched as multiple workers were behind the desk looking at me smiling and laughing. I thought it could have been a coincidence, but as a walked through the door, employees scattered while people in the back were staring at me smiling. Call me paranoid, but I cant help but to think that something was done to my food with the way that the staff acted. Also, I didnt get a hello. The guy said, "garlic knots, right?" I paid and left. Im very disappointed in your customer service. I will find a new establishment to order food from.

A staple for good Italian food in Ocean County, Pizza & Panini is a MUST STOP whether youre headed back over the bridge from the beach in Seaside, or if youre just in the area and want a delicious lunch or dinner. There are about 20 different Panini to choose from, and having had nearly all of them I can say they each have their own delectable style. As for the pizza, tally it as one of the most delicious pies in a long list of shops in the area. The pasta is fantastic with delicious sauces, and their seafood is always fresh and flavorful. Try the Sweet Chili Fried Calamari; youll be hooked!! You surely will not be disappointed with this amazing pizza shop, and the owner Gerry is a great guy who goes out of his way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Their delivery times are prompt and prices are very reasonable. ENJOY THIS EXCELLENT PIZZERIA!

food is great!!!!!!!!!!!! however the counter service that answers the phone is very SLOWW! the orders are not always correct when delivered. they tend to forget things.. it took me 9 minutes and 27 seconds to place an order due to the slow service. the counter service that answers the phone seems like they dont no the menu or the computer. i kept being put on hold, and by putting on hold i mean the phone being SLAMMED down on the counter for them to check to see if they had a certain thing i was looking for. kind of makes your business look bad. other than that friendlys delivery guys and great food!

Waayyy to expensive for the quality. $10.00 panini was so lame, tiny and not very good. It was just a grilled sandwich on some kind of rye bread, it looked like the sandwiches that meals on wheels brings to the elderly people. Casertanos in beachwood makes a killer panini for like 6 bucks. As for the other food at pizza and panini, quality was just not there for the money. Down route 37 is Sals Pizza and also Mias, they are excellent for reasonable prices. Pizza and panini was just not that great and way to expensive. There are much better italian restaurants minutes away.

Staff who answer phone have bit of an attitude when trying to place an order. Calamari is tasteless, extremely tough to chew, and soggy (marinara sauce is excellent). Shrimp Francese is way to lemony and has a horrible aftertaste. Several times when ordering balsamic glaze on the side we discover that they didnt bother to put it in or tell us that they were out. For the quality of food and service the menu is very so over priced. However the delivery man if very nice and polite.

This place is so disappointing. The food is real good at times but so inconsistent. My paninis are always cold when I get it delivered so I try picking it up still ice cold. The pesto bow ties are great one day then the next time they are just sitting in pool of oil with no parmesan cheese. The lady behind the counter always gives this attitude as if Im inconveniencing her. Not very welcoming. In past I would tell friends about this place and they had bad experiences. I give up

Im surprised this place doesnt have more stars! This place is great. Ive been coming here since I was in high school. Small and cozy; staff is friendly and courteous. Food is delicious. I highly recommend the bow tie pesto pasta, garlic-parm wings (available upon request. I dont think its on the menu), Philly cheesesteak, and all the paninis (my fave one is French dip). Ive only tried the specialty pizzas a few times, and they were always good. Reasonably priced.

This is now the third time theyve changed their menu and prices in what feels like a 5 month span. Girl answering the phone either cant hear, or is just to new to be answering the phone. i had to repeat myself 3 times for her to finally hear me. After she too my order though, she put me on hold only for some guy with an attitude to pick up and take my order again. Now theres exclusions on their daily deals so time to move on and find a new pizza joint.

5 stars for food and USUALLY the service... But just had a bad experience with the female who answered the phone (Friday night 9/18). Was very rushed, wasnt really greeted, had to ask for price 3 different times, and she asked us if we knew the order number of the panini we were getting - as if we would know. Always awesome food when we go hence the 3 stars but the woman was very negative - so much that we were inclined to leave a review.

I usually go there for pizza mondays. I ordered a pizza at the counter and waited for it inside. It took about 20-30 minutes. And there were 2 other people waiting there. So it was slow. It was so disappointing the crust was burnt and the cheese was raw. And usually it is the best pizza on 37. Out of a dozen pizzas it was a bad one. But for $10 you get what you pay for.

We loved the one in Silverton! Great margarita pizza (probably best Ive ever had), grilled veggie wrap, pesto bow tie pasta salad to die for, thai calamari, penne vodka. We also loved the restaurant next door Paninis, it was our go to for family dinners. I havent tried the one on 37 yet since Silverton closed, but plan on it since they have the same yummy menu items

My parents live local to this place and they order from this place all the time. Weve had plenty of pizza from around the area, this place ranks high. Unfortunately at least two 1-star reviews here are talking about a completely different business that wasnt affiliated with this one. Not sure how that can be fixed.

Ive had only negative experiences here. Tried it on two separate occasions. Both times had very poor service. People were apathetic and had bad attitudes. One sandwich had hair in it. Orderes were messed up. Quality of the food was terrible. They have been in business for nearly 20 years. Not sure how.

These people dont understand what DONT ADD CHEESE means unfortunately. I cant eat cheese unless I want to get sick. They put cheese on everything even when I ask them not too. Never ordering again... they just randomly put cheese on a pesto pasta that on the menu was listed without cheese. Annoying
