The sushi at the store is, while fresh, not made with appropriate ingredients for the rolls advertised, a green dragon roll is made with eel, and the one I purchased was made with only crab stick, cucumber, and avocado. For a roll with less ingredients than a California roll to charge double for the product is dishonest. The store itself was not well organized and difficult to find what we were looking for. The staff however were very friendly. Im probably not supplying a very objective review, given I felt I didnt get what I paid for, however if you happen to really care about the fresh sushi you can get from many shoprite chains, skip this one and try wharton, or morris plains

Almost always have a great experience shopping here, until I visited about a month ago and was berated by the cleaning guy because I dropped a yogurt container and it spilled a little...I saw him an aisle over and he looked relatively not busy being that he was texting away on his phone, so I called him over and apologized for the mess and asked if he would mind mopping it up quick at which point he verbally accosted me for interrupting his text message and said it was customers like me who make his job miserable. Needless to say, I would recommend to all customers to avoid the maintenance guy named Kris. He is highly unprofessional and treats customers terribly.

This is a well run grocery store. Was there the day before Thanksgiving and everything was in stock and well laid out. The stocking staff were helpful and very nice. The store was clean and tidy despite the crowd of people shopping. All checkout lanes were open and had only 1 or 2 customers at check out lines. I always appreciate well run establishments.

The staff makes the difference. This location is always clean and the staff is helpful. No need to bag your groceries, theyll do it for you. Thats how its supposed to work. They have a growing number of organic choices which is a plus for me. Better than any Shoprite in the area. I only wish theyd stay open until 8 on Sundays.

They have a policy of not giving customers their last bag until after the payment goes through. Unfortunately, several employees frequently forget to hand over the last bag. Im just frustrated with this store.

Its not a bad store, when I can get there but seriously- dont open til 8 am weekdays but close 7 pm on sunday? Pic one - open early or stay open late. Many surrounding shop rite are 6-11.
