Handicaped and treated so rudely by the Manger or who I assume was the Manager...she was the only Woman dressed real Well at The Front Counter....I didnt have our card and was notified I wasnt on the card...rudely with a handicaped cart of items...Your not in the card....not "let me add you to the card" or any kind md of problem solving skills at all presented to me by this Woman at the counter who was Obviously of importance the way she was dressed....made me get out of the cart Because had to leave the items there with her....with her...I couldnt stand there and unload everything ""Thats Why Im In The Friggin Cart !!!!"" I hobnled to the front of the store and to my car and left feeling like I hear people talk about when they say they have been discriminated against....it does not feel real good...told my wife that I had dinner but wasnt allowed to buy it in BJs ....imagine that...noone to solve a simple Problem...we are done and there is a Costco and Another Store coming so Bye Bye....man this could have been solved so easily...when I worked I trained 100s of people in 4 big Casinos in F&B and The Casino Floor in Table Games....sad we hard working Casino Employees cant, ourselves, get good hlep like we did for decades...so rude and no simple managemental skills...

Most of the cashiers are miserable , specially customer service person name Matthew B and Assistant store manager Rick are very RUDE and RACIST. Ive been going to this BJs since 2005, my membership expires in August, after that Im not renewing my membership because of their behavior and shame on corporate people for hiring people like them. They dont carry name brand milk anymore and so many other products. Prices are not good specially when you pay a membership fee for a wholesale price and good customer service, you dont get neither. Look at their price then look online compare with Walmart, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon etc. youll find products are same or cheaper at these stores and their products are better with expiration dates.

While doing some routine shopping there, I decided to pick up a few lunch things at your deli counter. I had ticket #10 and they were serving #6. It took over a half-hour to get my order done and of the three (3) items I asked for, I discovered the next day that they got one wrong! I will not be stopping at that deli counter again unless and until your modernize it. Our local Shop Rite (where I will be going from now on; lesson learned) has a computerized system where you can enter an order, do the rest of your shopping, and its ready for you by the time youre done. Also, the customer ahead of me was offered three free samples, while I was offered none.

i purchased a Panasonic 4 headset phone from bjs online and the package was delivered to me in a completely open , broken box, tapped around on the bottom , when I called bjs for the replacement I have been given run around since one hour, they ask me to drive down, which is not a convenient solution, I asked replacement, I am being denied for that, the customer service rep and the supervisor are not helpful at all, they are not even acknowledging that they had shipped a broken used damaged phones

Prices are here great but everything else is awful. The staff here arent that great and are usually chatting with each other. They made me wait for a bit to find a specific item in the store. They struggled. When I actually do find the item, price isnt that good. I usually have to find an alternative item to purchase to save some money. The cashiers here seem like theyre miserable. Lines are rather long but they all seem like theyre having a bad every single time I come here.

Minimum 25 minute wait at deli. Dont expect to find anything in the store that you specifically want. They stock what they want when they want, day to day, week to week.
