Ordered takeout.. 2 chicken francese dinners, 1 "special" pizza with prosciutto & pesto. Wife drove to pick up (they advertise "DELIVERY", but dont!)... They got it wrong, 2 FLOUNDER francese dinners instead. I called to complain, they agreed to fix it. I had to drive back to get the right order. I asked about a discount or other courtesy for the inconvenience. You might think I was asking for the keys to the place. Very bad customer service. Last note on the pizza... BAD and OVERPRICED. Small with 2 special toppings was $13.50. Mostly floppy dough, NOT well done (as requested) and SKIMPY on the toppings. Lots of possibilities with a wood oven. They may as well be using an easy bake oven. Ill end on a "good" note... the chicken francese (which we had ordered before) was very good. I am just VERY TIRED of poor service and places that have no idea how to make pizza!

The worst Italian food. We ordered chicken alfredo, lasagna, and a 10" individual size pepperoni & sausage pizza, side salad and garlic bread knots for $69.00. The chicken alfredo was mostly noodles, with very little "chicken", and runny alfredo sauce. The chicken looked like it came out of a can. The lasagna was very bland, and the meat tasted processed. The pizza was also bland, and tasted like it came from the local grocers freezer. The food was very non-Italian, and we will not be going back.

This place is horrible....no other way to put it.... I ordered veal oscar the veal was like chewing on rubber so i sent it back. When i received the check the veal oscar was 13.50 and they only took 6.00 off.so i asked why isnt the whole 13.50 off and the manager or owner said no and freaked out ....is that any way to treat a customer? He made a huge scene in front of several other geust so unprofessional....never go to this place

We had a wonderful time when we were there I ordered Chicken Francese over Penne and my wife had the Red Pescatore (both great and the prices were great). I do not know what the person below me was talking about. Where else can you get 2 pizzas for 15.99. The staff is wonderful and makes you feel like your in a real italian house hold. Also I am pretty sure it is impossible to make a pizza in a easy bake oven.

Agree with someone else about the pizza. Worst brick oven pizza I have ever had. The place is nice looking & thats about it. Likewise found the cheese steak to be all bread & little meat. They should be embarrassed to serve that to anyone but a kid. We had takeout too so maybe they think they can rip off the takeout customers. But alert! We will never go back & will tell the whole community about them.

This place is horrible. I went there to eat . wanted a plain simple slice of pizza. The waitress said they dont dont do slices and you have to order a whole pie. I ordered the appetizzer 3 piece chicken with fries for 5.50 and for some reason I got charged 7.50. My Caesar salad had like two pieces of lettuce and couple croutons. The waitress was nasty to me . I was so disgusted never again !!

I will never eat at this place again. They false avertise their hours and the management sucks. I went online one Friday evening and was turned away because he claimed business was slow. They advertise Friday hours until 10:30pm i arrived at 9:40pm. Not worth it, if the customer service stinks I can only imagine the food.

I ordered an hour before closing time. Something simple a large cheese pizza and an order of fettuccini already with shrimp. The pizza reeked of an extremely potent sour smell and the fettuccini Alfredo was bland! Not to mention the shrimp had NO taste and they charged $3.00 additional for the shrimp. NEVER AGAIN!!!

This place is such a fantastic venue. Beautifully decorated like a semi upscale restaurant and thier pasta and entrees rival any fancy restaurant. Their brick oven pizza is also amazing. And its priced like a corner pizza shop. Best value of any restaurant Ive ever been to.

We went there on Friday night and we had pizza and linguini and clams in the white sauce. Everything was great! Great service,great food! Especially manager, Sal, is very friendly with customers. I would recommend everyone who loves italian food check this place out.

Ive been coming here since it opened. Its had its ups and downs but overall a nice place. Their paninnis are worth trying along with their chicken caesar salad. They do have early bird specials mon-thurs. Overall, friendly waitresses and not pricy at all.

Quiet, delicious, but can be expensive. Service was fantastic and the restaurant was very quiet. The place is nice... just the bathroom was a bit dark and creepy. The food was great, just expensive. Great place to eat

This is my go-to byob. So casual but the food is really good. The rolls are amazing and are one of things I look forward to as soon as I sit down. The sunset menu is a good deal.
