Racist Venue and horrible service each time Ive gone. Since these events transpired over several instances, I should give multiple 1 stars. 1. Did dinner for joint birthday and then went to the attached club section. Black/other minority members of our party were quoted entrance fee DOUBLED what the white party members who entered before and after. 2. Another instance, had made reservations days before for 4 people. We were stuck on this skinny table by the bar where there wasnt enough room to eat our dinner while facing one another. We requested to be moved but were told that all the other tables were reserved. We looked around and most of the tables were empty. 3. Same night, we figured we would go to the attached hall sections after dinner since we talked to the person at front and they stated free before 12. So we paid our large dinner bill and left to go to the attached hall. When we got there, the girl stated that she was just told it was only free if we had bought tickets online ahead of time. We returned to our table but it was already gone and they wouldnt give it back to us. My fiancé returned to the girl to complain and she got kicked out. We immediately called to talk to a manager but the person answering refused to get the manager, take a message, or give us names of the people working there.

Going to this place was one of my worst experience. The place not even being busy, After a good 15/20 min of no service from the waiters two waiters passing by me and friends. I approached a bar tender and asked her that We wanted to order and shell send someone to our table but with the worst attitude. Another 15 minutes pass by and while seeing waiters having conversations with their co worker we walked out . Completely terrible service . It changed so much compared from what it used to be couple years ago. I said the compliment to one of the employees there but not sure if he even cared about it. Wasting a good amount of our time . thanks Central Park

Ive been coming to Central Park for years now and have even celebrated events for my family in the club area. Always loved the food and atmosphere but today was one of the worse experiences. Got this waitress Sara with the worse attitude and crappy service. I ordered the shrimp hibachi rice and didnt like it because it was an uncle bens short cut rice and asked her to please exchange it for something else and she asked me "why" what was wrong with it with an attitude. Service was so bad, no napkins, no thanks you, .. took long for everything and just didnt feel like being st work. On top of that the food was horrible.. please went down!! Food sucked!

Came on a Sunday for NFL games. Someone with me attempted to go in but was denied entry because of the dress code. He was wearing sweatpants. Our one friend who was inside came outside when I called him and he WAS WEARING SWEATPANTS. I asked security why the one person was allowed in and not the other and he told me the other shift let him in but he would not let the other person in. I asked to speak to the supervisor but they were not present so we left for a different location. There is a lack of uniformity when it comes to following the rules and procedures. One person with sweatpants gets in but not another. Perhaps better training would help.

Mayweather fight. We called ahead to reserve our seats and we got told that there are not taking reservations its first come. So we went and got told there are tables reserved... like seriously? So she said to wait till 8:30 to see if they make it. 8:20 comes and she tells “ oh no it’s 9:30pm” so we wait patiently and then they come tell us 10:30pm. Pretty much they played us and 2 people came which we had to get up with our 7 people group. Smh never again attending that unorganized place. It’s a joke, something similar happened before but this tipped it all. Never going there again.

Dont ever go here. I was having a conversation with my friend when a bouncer came up to us and asked us to leave because the bartender said I was "falling asleep at the bar" Apparently she didnt like me because I was suggesting another bar to a customer that was asking where to go for more of a "club" scene. I have also had friends experience racial profiling from bouncers. I have been coming here for over 10 years since it was a diner. Terrible staff and management....

Waiters are the worst !!!! Nobody at the front to seat you, and then 20 minutes for a waiter !!! Horrible experience, been here 4 times, hoping it would be better. Food tastes like theyre taking frozen food and serving it! Update: just went again 06/13/2017 thinking it would be better, at least have a change but still no. No waiter, once we were leaving the waiter came out with food in the mouth .... crazy! CENTRAL PARK OWNER ! Be better staffed

Ive primarily been here on their Trivia nights and once on another random night. Its okay, overall -- some great food options, several good ones. Drinks are decent; atmosphere is a bit odd though, like the place isnt certain what it wants to be. Still fun with a group of friends. Lots of TVs, so good for watching sports. Trivia night is to be avoided (the winner is selected based on a raffle, not how well they do with trivia).

Dont go here for their buffet brunch. It is terrible! Food is mediocre at best, everyone is sitting in tables cafeteria style, so no ambience either. Loud, loud, loud. Service is slow bc they give servers too many big tables at once, so the unlimited mimosas are really not bc you have to wait so long for your next one. Fruit tables is good and sushi is ok. Will not come back here.

No parking spot reserved to pick up food only, worst customer service, front desk lady just chillin and looking pretty without helping, valet parking guy amd bouncer wants me to find my own parking even when I was picking up food only, waitress wanted me to go to the bar which it was pack so they can tell her to bring my food. No coming back never again. Worst place ever

This place has great food, when they get your order right. The ambiance is good too. The staff is friendly but clueless. They seem more concerned with their outfits and chatting with each other than providing good service. There is a 50% chance you will be disappointed in some way. So I only go half as often as I really want to. Wish they had better service.

Ive been here countless times with family. I love the fact that the menu changes with the seasons. The food is great, not a big wow but you do have a variety to pick from. The reason for the 4 stars is they should have a level of music so we can hear ourselves speak not have to scream over the music. Besides that good place to try new food.

Went there a few times to eat...food tasted great each time. Ive tried many different things, I liked them all. People who eat sushi compliment theirs! There are always people there. Very busy during sports games, or on Weekend evenings/nights. It is a great place to hang out, for a casual date, just for drinks or a special occasion
