Last Saturday Aug 13, 2017 I went with my bf and two other friends to meet my cousin and her friends for a bday celebration. We got there late, I would say around 1230am. We paid & got inside. We head to the cabana where my cousin had been with her friends. They had just finished the fourth bottle they ordered so mind you they were all drunk. My friends and I got a drink at the bar and as soon as I was going to take a sip of my drink, I see some guy choke my bfs neck from behind, drunk as ever asking my bf if he chipped in for the bottles. Umm we just got there! My bf pushed him away to get him off of him and everything went down hill from there. Since my cousins friends were drunk they were acting tough and getting all in my bfs face. My cousin tried to break it of but they pushed her away. My bf was not trying to fight but of course they were under the influence so they kept trying to act all big. Anywho security came and basicly didnt even hear us out and kicked us out saying we caused the problem! Ignorant employees people like that is the reason places gets bad reviews. How is it that we get kicked out but they started it because they couldnt handle their liquor. Waste of my money and night. Didnt give us the benefit of the doubt since we were the sober ones and they were DRUNK. Lobby is just getting worse and worse. They need good employees and not fake security that can not handle conflict THE RIGHT WAY. So if something happens and it happens not to be your fault get ready to be kicked out without a refund and the wasted money you spent at the bar for drinks that are diluted btw. I know its managements fault for hiring ignorant people to protect and run their business. From what I have read the reviews Lobby use to be the place to go but now, its a place that needs new management and bouncers Aka unprofessional security. Pls make sure that your bouncers are certified security not people who have anger management problems or people who think they can teat people differently just because they are not regulars or VIP. Cant you understand that your business will fall due to lack of knowing whats the problem on how your employees treat people! Hire people THAT RESPECT CUSTOMERS AND HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I WILL NEVER VISIT THE LOBBY AGAIN!....I went there there the day before to put a $200 deposit down to reserved a VIP section for a party of 15. I specifically requested a VIP section in the cabana section and I was informed those are first come first serve, but one still may be available at 11pm. I was also informed that once my guest arrive all they will have to do is provide my name and they will be guided to the VIP section. The next day, upon arrival I was disappointed to learn that my party was still required to pay the $10 cover charge at the door and that there is a $1000 minimum for the cabanas. They placed us in a VIP section next to the cabanas that were all empty all night! I opened a tab with my credit card, but was forced to close it after every bottle purchase. The waitress explained that bottle tabs have to be closed immediately because people get drunk and forget to pay. That makes absolutely no sense! I can open up a tab and drink $500 worth of shots, but I cant have an open tab for $500 worth of bottles!? My party spent over $700 that night and we didnt feel we received any "VIP" treatment! NEVER AGAIN!!

Yesterday was my first night at The Lobby. We went for a friends birthday. My friends and I drove 45min to get there. While in line a bouncer walked up to my friend who dresses per the male dress code of buttonup, slacks, with stylish sneakers (as per male dress code on website) and told her "no sneakers on females babygirl". We walked out of line cause they told me dont make a scene. My friend didnt have extra shoes so she told us to stay and she would go home. Ok fine. Dress code is a dress code right? Wrong. While waiting for birthday girl that same bouncer let in a girl with flip flops (against their stated dress code online) and then after first denying a lady with shorts, graphic tee, and sneakers (totally against dress code) they then proceeded to let her in. Its like they pick and choose who has to follow dress code. How you let someone in who looked like they walked out the gym but my friend who was dressed up and had stylish sneakers wasnt allowed in cause she was technically a female? Music was great but service sucked. Ill never return here.

Although I had a great time on my date, it definitely wasnt because of anyone that worked at The Lobby!! Food and music were good, but the service was TERRIBLE! When we first walked in, he was charged $10 and they said that ladies were free...But I later found a flyer that said that there wasnt a door charge for that night, but anyway, after paying... There was no one to escort us to our seats, so we just found a spot that we found to be comfortable! Well as we were talking, one of the male waiters came up to us and asked us to move because we were at a table that we shouldnt have been at (even though half of the tables were empty) so we got up and told the girl at the front that waiter told us that we had to wait for her to seat us, so if I wasnt annoyed already, she looked at us like she was confused as if she wasnt aware that she was supposed to show us where to sit! So she goes to find seats, comes back and escorts us to THE SAME EXACT TABLE THAT WE HAD JUST BEEN ASKED TO MOVE FROM!!

I went to the Lobby last night with 4 of my employees. I was wearing a t shirt, so were two of my other employees. The bouncers let us in, but stopped one of my employees and said he could not go in because he had a hoodie. I, by the way, was carrying one in my arms and had no problem getting in. He took off his hoodie and then was told he could not go in because he had a white shirt on!!! The only difference between him and the rest of us?? We are white, and he is not. We looked through the window and saw two people sitting at the bar with hoodies and two people sitting at a table by the front window wearing a white shirt. Its a bad situation there. Im surprised that people support this place and tolerate these shenanigans. We are from out of town. My pilot was running late, so he suggested that we go there to watch the game. Instead, we left and watched it on my jets tvs. That place is disgusting.

I have been going to the lobby for a few years now and enjoyed watching all major sports events there but I will no longer step foot into that place as I felt mistreated today. I love the fish Tacos the serve there and was craving for it with some French fries and a cold beer all day at work, to my surprise when I got there at 7:20 pm after a long workday to an empty parking lot I was not allowed to go in and eat unless I paid $10 to a valet guy who provided me with no service. When I told him that I would just take out he walked me to the door and instructed the bouncer not to let me sit and the bouncer followed by telling me that I cant step foot inside the establishment at all and I would only be allowed to order at the admission booth. Never in my life have I been treated in such a manner with such poor customer service at an establishment.
