First of all, there is always a line out the door and never enough people working. I went in today to get a milkshake. Every time I have gotten one from Cold Stone in the past its been so thick you cant even sip it up the straw, so i specifically asked for it to be made thinner. The boy who was helping me was blatantly making fun of my request and laughing with his coworker right in front of me while making the shake. He then proceeds to come over and sarcastically ask me if he made it thin enough while holding it laughter. It was a horrible experience, bad customer service, and i paid 11 dollars for two small milkshakes that didnt even taste good. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. Save your money and go elsewhere....

Small Coldstone location near the Rockaway Mall. Staff is very good at handling multitudes of customers. Wish the seating area was a little bigger, its incredibly cramped inside. Good ice cream though, so if youve had Coldstone before at another location, itll be the exact same here. This location also offers truffles, fruit smoothies, ice cream cakes, and milkshakes.

The workers here are rude and nasty and so is the owner of this place! We bought a birthday cake and in ten minutes the cake melted we call them instead of taking care of the matters the employee was really nasty we just wanted our money back and not another cake! This place sucks they do t know how to treat there customers!!!

Awful customer service. I stood there for a minutes and still they didnt even acknowledge us. Then she only takes my order and walks away before even taking my boyfriends order. Maybe if theyd stop goofing around they would have noticed we were there to place an order.

Not so great :-( Ruined a birthday cake. Paid $60 for the small square cake. The cake part of it was so-so-so-sooo dry and tough! We cut away and tosses that part. Very embarrassing. This isnt the only bad experience at this location. Will not return.

Horrible service. After standing in line for 30min the lady tells the people in back of us that its ok to cut us in line without any explanation what so ever. Defiantly never coming here again or would i recommend this place to anybody
