We had the most horrific experience here on Monday, June 16. What kind of management lets customers curse, yell, stand on tables and chairs, point fingers in someones face and flip off other customers? Apparently Buffalo Wild Wings in Rockaway and it happened to us. A group of 8 went to see the Ghana vs. USA soccer game here while also celebrating someones birthday. A nearby table recognized some people in our group. This other table also realized that we were in favor of the Ghana team, which also happens to be the country of the person whose birthday we were celebrating that evening. We were not loud and obnoxious about our team preference, but the other table was. We were there to just have a good time, but pretty soon the insults, slander and racial slurs were non-stop. The people exhibiting this unruly behavior even got other nearby tables to co-inspire with them. Belligerence grew around us and we feared a confrontation was immanent. How are we not to feel threatened when people are standing on tables and chairs waving their middle finger at you and swearing? Management did NOTHING, but apparently that also mimics the waitstaff. Our woman food server disappeared and the trainee tried to take over. Endless wings consisted of two orders and endless fries consisted of one order. When we felt that tensions were rising and we had to leave, we couldnt get service or attention of waitstaff and ultimately left behind our change, which was $31.00. If we were not being squeezed out of the establishment for fear of our safety, we would have expected that change back. No one there deserved a tip, let alone one for $31.00.

UNFORTUNATELY FOR US RESIDENTS OF ROCKAWAY OR NEAR BY : My husband and I visit frequent (Even After Bad experiences we still go back to give them another try) Over all the experience its Frustrating its always overly crowded VERY LOUD AND VERY COLD a whole mess between MUSIC and 20 other TVs playing 10 different things (maybe they should mute the TVs and Play music or mute music and play TVs ??? Several times I have placed the same order I see the server writing it correctly.. it takes a WHILE for them to bring the food out Mostly because of the staff chit chatting around the corners by the bar or in the kitchen door ... when they FINALLY bring the food out (only because I have to chase the server with my eyes or call in the manager Tall Guy no Hair blue shirt )no Sincere apologies from either the server or management ) (The( servers ) order its completely wrong so they have to go back and take another while for them to bring it back correctly , the staff looks frustrated and lost between everyone shouting (because of how loud) TVS MUSIC ETC .... leaving a sour taste on us the PAYING costumer. Especially on how the Economy is now>>> I Strongly recommend for everyone at this location to get retrained on how to appreciate your costumers and how to serve them properly. Not just throw the tray of wings and walk out ( like serving Pigs ) or without the costumer feeling so unappreciated ... After All without costumers You wouldnt Be there .... BAD EXPERINCE NOT THE FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE A BUFFALO WILD WINGS SHOULD BE : (

The food is average if not below average for a Bdubs. The only redeeming factor and the reason I will rate this so high is because of 1 thing and four people. This place was lively so.much activity and do many people Everytime I have been here. However the bartender Jackie is unbelievable makes a perfect drink without any corrections which is in heard of at a Bdubs and she always has recommendations that fit you perfectly. Ethen or Evan not sure of his name is so tall he sees everything and has no problem keeping his patrons happy quick response and long stepping is his call. Then there is Sarah I was not seated for more then thirty seconds and she was there to take my drink order didnt wait at all even with the area being standing room only. Cassandra on the other hand was the most friendly and welcoming tender I have ever met no lie someone said she was to fast and complained to the manager I have never seen such service in a place as busy as this was on half price Tuesdays she is the best tender I have ever had in my entire life. I was very pleased with my time here each time and I have to say these four are the best of this entire chain hands down. And the two women Sarah and Jackie are both drop dead gorgeous! But no one should be disappointed if they see the goddess that is Cassandra come up to them as their bar tender she is not only amazing but she is stunningly beautiful and a woman that you would be lucky just to lay eyes on much less get to talks to!!!!!!!!!

Buddy and I went to watch the Giants / Panthers game at the Rockaway, NJ location. We found a table near the bar across from one of the larger TVs playing the Giants pregame. Just before the game had started the TV channel was switched to the Redskins / Bills game and the Giants / Panthers game was on a smaller TV. The customers were mostly Giants fans with all the Hats and Jerseys being worn. I asked the Manager if he would mind swapping the to channels putting the Redskins/Bills game on the smaller TV and putting the Giants / Panthers game on the larger one. He told me no they would not and that the TVs were set up prior to the start of the game for everyone to enjoy their teams. I asked him to look around. "Do you see any Redskin or Bill fans here?" All I asked was the game to be swapped from one screen to another screen which were 6 feet from each other and I got a line of BS from the manager. Most highly rated 1pm game on that day in a Giants crowd and he said no. What a moron........

Sometime b-dubs can be a decent place to eat some wings but this restaurant wasnt even average. The wings were rubbery and kind of gross, beat up with lots of broken bones. Wait staff were fairly friendly, I suppose, and mostly typical of the b-dubs experience. I wasnt overwhelmed with their service but I wasnt terribly disappointed. My expectations with this chain are tempered by myriad experiences across the quality spectrum. I dont usually go out of my way to avoid this chain, but will visit if its convenient. Price was about average for this kind of establishment. If youre looking for a quick and relatively easy fix for wings and youre not picky about your surroundings or environment, it might do the trick. Ive been to better b-dubs out there, and the are many many many better wing joints. Ultimately, ymmv. Its not a must-visit by any stretch, and in the case of this particular location you might be disappointed. I was.

Beer is by far the best item on the menu. I tried several entrees and it was terrible. Everything tasted like it was frozen for months. The burgers have that "Freezer Burn" taste and the fries were soggy and bland. For a place that is supposed to be known for wings I would say these are some of the worst. No wonder they drown them in sauce. Freezer burn chicken wings with super sticky sauce. No thanks. Service was not much better. Female bartenders are busy talking to their friends and the male bartenders are busy talking to the girls. Not much forgiveness here. Beers are expensive for what you get but its still the best thing on the menu. Do yourself a favor and find another place to done. I gave the Rockaway Mall location 2 stars and I was being generous.
