Ive just about had it with the poor service at this location (messed up meals, ordered alcoholic drinks that we never received and then got charged for them). This wouldnt be the first time weve had our orders messed up. Just tonight I called in as I had issues with the online ordering. I gave all my information for the large order (on the phone for about 5 minutes) and wanted to pick up the order for an hour later. The host proceeded to say "can you call me back in 30 min"? Meanwhile, you can select your pickup time online, but you cant over the phone? You guys just lost an order for tonight and a customer for life. If I ran a company like this, I would be out of business.

This location definitely has better tvs than the dated Oxford Valley location. That being said, my experience here wasnt quite as good. For instance, I asked for celery and received 8 stalks for 42 wings. We had to ask for refills on our drinks after being empty for half our meal. The table next to us actually asked to speak to a manager because of their experience. Granted it was wing Tuesday, I wonder how they will keep up with football season once it starts.

TERRIBLE BUFFALO WILD WINGS.... DO NOT GO.... charged me $12 for four chicken tenders and fries and gave me the smallest pieces of chicken and half a handful of fries.... absolutely Outrageous!!!! And theyve done this to me both of the times I went, so I know its just what they do... DONT GO!!!

The Truth

I have ate at BWWs all over the country. This by far was the best. The food looked better, tasted better, and the service was better then any other! I never give 5 stars but this BWW should be the standard! The manager should be promoted and teach other managers how its done.

The quality of food is as expected from a chain establishment. The environment is very conducive for watching sports. Big screen TV, good lighting, and a spacious bar makes this a great venue for groups. Service was a little slow, but the servers were friendly enough.

There was a bug in my street tacos, on top of the fact that the waitress walked past her section four times with multiple groups in it. Mind you it was only three groups, with only one being served. Never go here again. If they had a negative rating Id give them that.

Good service, great deals, good beer selection and decent appetisers. They have tablets with games for kids so son enjoys it (although he has couple ipads at home) and we can drink in peace ;). Forgot to mention, they have many varieties of sauces and seasonings

This place is a regular buffalo wild wings. They have a bunch of screens showing sports and focus on wings and beer, primarily. If youve been to a buffalo wild wings before, you know what to expect here. They were quite empty on Friday around 11pm-1am or so.

Food is good but service is extremely slow. We even told them we were on lunch hour and it took 45 minutes just to get wings for 3 people. Been there 3 times and got slower each time. Waitress had no idea how the menu worked or the daily specials.

Went on Sunday and the place was near empty. Service was extremely slow. Anything that was order from the bar had about a 15 minute wait. Food was sent back, drinks were sent back, and the classic hair in salad happened. Wont go back.

Horrible Horrible Horrible service took them 45 minutes to get out food never came to see if we needed anything and to add there were only 9 tables meaning it was empty! It took them 20 minutes to get napkins. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

This location is pretty clean. The bathrooms are kept clean for the most part. Attentive staff. They have an allergy menu if you request it. Surprisingly the nachos are gluten free. The wings are gluten free and so are most sauces!

Every single time I have ordered from this b-dubs, they never place the blue cheese in the little brown bag when they claim they do. The food is still good but I have just had a bad experience with this .

Above average as this chain goes. Clean, spacious, and bright. The wings arrived faster than usual, and then our waiter says its because the order was put in as an appetizer by mistake. Thats the secret!

They need to stop with the cut backs on the wings, smaller portion s and larger prices are never a good recipe for success. I can see why this restaurant used to be packed and its anything but now.

Cool place. Lots of tvs, sports, beer, and wings. Clean with nice servers. Cold beers with solid selection. Lots of choices on the menu other then wings. Cool atmosphere and reasonable priced.

Mediocre bar food. Good for sports I guess but dont get too excited about great food. If youre having a few beers and watching a game with friends, you wont mind it though. Gets the job done.

The location is easy to miss on route one. The staff is really friendly and plenty of TVs. Get the boneless wings, sweet BBQ is a good balance if you plan in getting a hotter flavor.

I just sit here waiting for service to order, for check, and for my to go order. Im sitting with my son, but we are ready to go! Over an hour for a simple late lunch is ridiculous!

Service was slow and the waitstaff seemed to disappear including the bartender the only people that you did see were other customers and the hostesses trying to find the waitstaff

New construction so everything was clean and staff was energetic and attentive. Enjoyed the food. I think their craft beer selection could be a little more extensive.

Staff is nice. Can usually get a spot here. Have a ton of TVs as youd expect and if you follow BWW deals and happy hour, you can get stuff at good prices.

CRAZY expensive, and the menu was not designed to provide what i think people normally expect. You could order wings in counts of 5, 9, 14... Just weird

Fast Break lunch was great for getting food to us in <15 minutes. Would be better if getting the check could be done in <15 minutes as well.
