Bat Guano

A lucky find as we detoured through Bethlehem on our way back to I-78. The food is very good although not surprising for highway diner fare. Look for Victoria an Argentine woman who may be a bit distant but is beautiful in her special way. Typical diner menu with 1000s of items. My pastrami and Swiss sandwich and my wifes salad were both very good. A wide selection of high quality food from a very competent kitchen served by an interesting person. It gets no better on the New Jersey highways and byways.

Great breakfast.. Hot coffee, huge omelette (must be 4 eggs), homfries cooked perfectly, and my toast actually had butter on the whole piece of bread. Waitress (Georgina) was pleasant and attentive. Atmosphere was classic, had a couple of old timers get together near me talking about the old days; just what a diner should have. Happy to have had the bad traffic report that made me stop in, I will be back.

I order a STEAK and they gave me ground meat. WTFFF, and my wife got a burger and it was exactly the same thing. Never again super disappointed. Hope you read this before going in. Chicken soup just had salt with no type flavor. Rather just go to mcdonalds.

Its been two years since I have been there but will never go back because the owner didnt take the food off the bill that was on a warmer all day. Then wrote no tip on the check after we paid and left a tip.

Under new management- prices have increased. Ordered Phillipsburg skillet for $9.95 and it did not even come with toast! Coffee is very weak. Dont plan on going back anytime soon.

Awesome place to eat, I come here multiple times a week. Great staff and great food! Serving size is also huge, which is good in my opinion.

Everything a diner should be, try the chocolate shake and ask for the extra in the stainless tumbler...its the best part.
