For a diner named Seven Star this place is lucky to recieve just one... our visit started O.K., a nice hostess and we were seated rather quickly... the enviornment nice, upkept, a little loud but acceptable... the first strike was in the bathroom, it smelled awful and the middle stall was filled of human feces with the feces all over the seat. Giving the benefit of the doubt it may have just happened so I didnt let it bother me to much. Finally our waitress came over, took our drink order and was on her way. It was 15 minutes before the drinks were brought, we informed her we were ready to order and she stated she forgot her pad. She stated she would be right back, left and got her pad, then proceeded to take the order of another table. We finally placed our order 10 minutes later and our meals came with soup... it was 25 minutes before a cup of soup was brought over, another 45 minutes for our food; for those keeping count we have been sitting for almost an hour and a half before food was brought out. We constantly had to flag the waitress for refills on drinks, all the time she never cleared the table once... dishes and cups pile up on the table as we had no room to place a new cup down. Halfway through our meal a family of around nine were lead in, dubbed the Beverly Hillbillies, that had a child that would only stop screaming for 5 minutes of the remainder of our visit. The mother, screaming louder then the child, often could be seen holding a hand up at the child; hand often closed in a fist. Not once were we asked if we woud like to move or if they could do anything about the situation that even other servers were clearly being bothered by. Finally we were finished, we were forced to find a manager to get our bill as we hadnt seen the waitress since our food arrived. While paying our bill the manager couldnt swipe my card fast enough, only half listening to our concerns. It seemd she cared more about making sure the bill was paid before having to offer a discount than actually hearing any concerns as if she hears them consistently and knew the trick to getting out of apologizing. She simply stated "Im sorry, thats not right" and handed the card back. While leaving, now two hours after entering my son needed to use the restroom. Upon entering the same "mess" was still sitting in the middle stall causing a nauseating feeling as soon as you entered. Never have I had such awful service, never have I felt compelled to write a negative review and never have I reviewed a food establishment without reviewing the food. I will never return to this diner, and I hope all who read reviews prior to trying a new place to eat save themselves the time, hastle, and aggrevation of going to a low class establishment such as this one. This is the last and only $80 they will recieve from me, I will spend my money somewhere that truly cares about their patrons and not just the money coming from their wallets.

Would give 0 stars if I could (just to preface this review). Stopped in for a birthday dinner and was excited to eat at a diner that Ive heard great reviews about. It was pretty busy, but my group and I were seated in 15 minutes. The real problem lies in our server. She seated us and had our drinks and our orders placed within 15 minutes. Fast forward to 30 minutes after we ordered, our waitress is sitting at a table in the same section as us eating with her family and we had not been checked on. By the 50 minutes mark after ordering, we decided to approach a manager to see how much longer the food would be because our waitress was nowhere in sight. While talking to the manager our waitress walks by and says (very rudely) that we had only been waiting 10 minutes. After that the manager insisted he would give us another waitress. The other waitress approaches the table asking us to start fresh!, and asks what we would like to order. When we told her that wed been waiting for our food she went back to check. Then the original, very rude, waitress brings us our food and asks if we need anything else. We asked for refills on our waters that we had gotten 1 hour before and she was on her way. The manager approached us again and apologized, explaining to us that this particular waitress was excited to see her daughter who was at the table with her family and that he didnt want to delay our food any longer so he stuck with our original waitress. After another 10-15 minutes of waiting another waiter brings us our waters and apologizes for our poor experience. When we explain what happened to him, he explains that the waitress is pregnant and has a lot going on in her life so they are basically cutting her some slack. We were offered no discount or genuine apologies for bad service, we were simply told that shes pregnant and wanted to spend time with her family. Extremely displeased that their waitstaffs personal needs are put before their paying customers! Also a 120 dollar bill for the worst service Ive had in my life.

was the only person waiting for a table for 2; and 4 couples that came in after me were seated first..and I spoke up when he was going to seat the 5th couple that just came in. I think he is new because I never saw him before. The waitress seemed hurried and flustered and then she brought our drinks and saw that my husband was given a lemon in his soda so she picked it out of his drink with her bare hands. we just looked at each other because we couldnt believe what just happened and she proceeded to say that she just washed her hands; sure she did. obviously; we sent it back and instead of a diet coke she brought out a root beer; which then had to go back. I asked for beets and she brought me peas(which I hate with a passion). I finally started to eat and she literally reached across my face to place a plate while I was putting the fork to my mouth. when we were leaving she dropped her book into the pudding and then proceeded to give it to the people at the next table. we eat here often and have never experienced anything quite like that before. I can never ever have her wait on me again; I dont trust her cleanliness.

I have not given a bad review in a long time. My husband and I went to Seven Star for a late dinner last night. Our server was awful. He messed up my order and insisted on blaming it on me. He was loud and very rude. It was quite embarrassing. After I had told him two times I did not want blue cheese on my salad. I told him when I ordered I do not like blue cheese at all. There was a little bit of a language barrier. He was really hard to under stand at times. My order came out with the one side of the plate with blue cheese crumbles on it. So I ask him to take it back . I said, I do not eat blue cheese. That is when he got upset and a little bit confrontational. He said, it was my fault. He said that I didnt tell him I didnt like blue cheese and that he would have to go back and make another one. It was a salad ! What was the big deal make another. He made the rest of the meal very uncomfortable. He also kept calling my husband chief and it was a little annoying. Yes after that experience we will never be back.
