The other day my boyfriend Sal and I visited the new panera bread. It was our first time there and we were super excited! We order our food, I ordered a mac n cheese. Sal ordered the frontega, we were shocked when we had to wait 50 minutes for our food!! Just to discover how poorly our orders were made. My mac n cheese was dry and had a buffalo wild wings sticker inside. Sals frontega was a mess! They completely forgot the meat and roughly, it smelled gross. We complained to the rude manager, turns out some big idiot made our meals and completely screwed them up. He should be FIRED. I say this with 100% confidence....I WILL NOT be returning to this panera bread.

I have ordered the same salad (citrus beet & quinoa) 2 Fridays in a row and BOTH times they forgot the quinoa on the salad AND the apple on the side, not to mention the hair I found in my salad dressing today. Granted, I am ordering the salad in the morning but it says right on the menu that lunch is served all day. If you dont have the quinoa ready that early, then at least TELL ME.

Filth. On every single surface, specifically the floor. 9 dollars for 5 wontons on half a cup of mild broth. 0 customer service. Garbage so full it was overflowing. Cold and inhuman staff. Never again. I had never had a bad panera experience before this. This dump gives a great company a bad name.

I love this place! So conveniently close to home and work. I always stop here when running errands, a great place to relax in their atmosphere. I love the organic menu, the self-recycling, and the food and service is always excellent!

My family is sick today , went in to get chicken noodle soup at 10:30am - not only was it hot fresh and delicious the staff there was second to none. Very helpful and just a wonderful experience- thank you all for making us feel better

Not as cozy as other Paneras I have been to. The music is too loud and too Bright in most sitting area. Small facility for the every day volume of clientele. Although I had negative experience the service was great.
