Just wasted an hour there. Food still wasnt out. They were not unusually busy. They said the kitchen was backed up only after I asked why is it taking so long 30 minutes in. My family(3 people) and other people seated near us left after they brought out the food to people who came in 30 minutes after us. A server, I later found out was the manager, was apologetic. I did complain to corporate and the owner of the restaurant called me to clarify who was the manager and is sending me a gift certificate to comp our drinks. Update: I do appreciate the quick response, explanation (Kids out of school this week + a large party of 25) and gift certificate from the owner and the owner was genuinely interested in finding out what went wrong (how others were seated well after us, but received their food well before us and generally stopped servicing some customers while taking care of others + the large party of 25) so it doesnt happen again. For that reason that they at least took an interest in what happened & offered a token gift Im bumping it up to 2 stars. I would have liked to do higher but for wasting an hour of our time we essentially will get $10 to cover our drinks.

Sounds like Scott B. must have run into Joe the pizza maker. Sounds like an awful long review for pizza. Brothers pizza is your no frills, local neighborhood pizzeria. You do not need all the bells and whistles to make extraordinary pizza like Brothers does. I have been eating the pizza at Brothers for the past nineteen years. The place has been around for fifty years. Long before Scott B was born. They must be doing something right. And Dennis, the owner, will always greet you with a smile and a handshake. They are the oldest business in the neighborhood. You do not last fifty years serving mediocre pizza. New Yorkers would never allow it. If I were not a type 2 diabetic, Im sure I would eat a whole pie. Their meatball parm sandwich is the best Ive ever had. Their menu is short and to the point. That is why they have lasted for so long. What they do, they do right. So if you are in the mood for the best pizza in Queens, walk, no, RUN to Brothers Pizza. I am sure they will last another fifty years. EVERYBODY CANT BE WRONG!!!

My Wife and I have been going here once or twice a month for five years. Sometimes we bring our two boys. Sometimes we just want to eat in peace so we leave them home, lol. We always have a pleasant experience. The food choices are varied. The staff has always been kind and have given the right amount of attention. They do get slammed on Sundays with the after church crowed. SO, there will be a wait for a table and getting served food.

Very Good. Waitress and greeter were very friendly and cordial. Was advised a few minute wait for a table, and indeed, it was just about 10 minutes. Food and Coffee were excellent. Food could have been a little bit hotter, hence the deduction to four stars. Pancakes were hot. Eggs, bacon, and hashbrown more like room temperature. Best place in the area for breakfast.

I cant even give Perkins a star the past 4 times me and my family have been there they have got out order wrong me and my wife went today and they got her order wrong 3 times we had to get up and leave she was so mad . The first few times we went the food came out fine and was good but only 1 waiter knows what hes doing his name is Brandon

So I ordered my breakfast with 2 sausage links and 2 bacon strips, they accidentally brought me 4 bacon strips. The waiter comes out with the 2 sausage links on a separate plate and requests I return 2 of the bacon strips from the plate which I already began to eat from to take back into the kitchen!! Ewwww, just lost a customer

Server was nice enough but couldnt remember anything ! Asked for napkins 4 times. Lemonade pure water and waited for food for 45 minutes when they werent full. Food not very appetizing any more , very sub par. Sorry wont be back - very unfortunate that service has declined so much....very long time customer going away. ..

Service was great... Coffee taste "ok" .... I ordered the blueberry/ banana pancakes with egg whites &chicken sausage. I also ordered turkey sausage on the side... .(in case I did not like the chicken sausage) chicken apple sausage was good! I gave it 3 stars because my turkey sausage was cold inside

Went there for breakfast today. Must be friends or workers giving a good rating. If you enjoy cold food then this your place. Meats where pre-cooked tasted like the day before. Ordered biscuits the butter which was room temperature would not event melt on them. Coffee was horrible

Great restaurant, I love the vibe and the whole atmosphere there! Great food and they always come to check up on you which is great. I love that they hire younger servers too, Ive had 25 year olds serve me, all the way down to 17!

Me and the family have been twice. Each time our experience has been excellent. They run a very tight ship, tables are cleared quickly. The food is prepared correctly and I like the fact that they have young people employed.
