I will start with the food was good. But the service was sad. There was this angry mood amongst the servers. Our whole table noticed it. At one point the waitress spilled my daughters lemonade. Didnt offer to replace it nor did she clean it up. We just ate with a puddle on the table. So I called another server and asked her to clean it because my daughters arm was going to get wet, it traveled down the table. And still nothing. Another was the lack of napkins. We got 3 napkins for 5 people eating burgers. I had to track the waitress down for something. When she came over she dropped them on the puddle. It was almost funny. Anyway, waiting on the bill now...

I went to this Red Robin on Saturday April 2 2016 the service was great and there very friendly but.... The person cooking on that day was terrible they burnt all four burgers that we order I was ready to walk out but we had no lunch that day because we went to Sky zone with the kids and we were very hungry the burgers looked like black hockey pucks the only one that enjoyed his meal was my youngest he had a grill cheese sandwich my total bill was $90.00 that was a big waste of money I had better burgers at a backyard BBQ I have been to many Red Robins but this one beware of the cook

I hadnt been to a Red Robin in a while, and while the updated menu looked nice, I am not sure the changes were for the better. The burger was good, but no where near what I remember and is definitely more in line with other chains rather than a shake shack or five guys. The endless fries are a nice touch, especially with the seasoning, but the initial serving is tiny. Service was quite slow and my beer didnt arrive until I was already half done with the burger.

Waited years to try Red Robin after many years of torturous TV commercials, much like Sonics did for years, before actually having a nearby location. The wait wasnt worth it. For a place committed to burgers as their main menu item, they are average for a chain restaurant. Endless steak fries are awesome in theory, but I usually dont even have room to get a refill. The fries are probably my favorite thing about the place.

Fries tasted like theyd been microwaved, as did the burger. The guy input the order right in front of us and somehow screwed it up. I dont see how this is difficult: customer orders, cook makes the food, waiter brings the food. Thats not hard. $40 for a sandwhich I didnt eat, recooked fries and minimal service so I couldnt even complain. Really says a lot cause the place was dead. Will not be back.

Food is very good and at reasonable prices. They make a really good pina colada (with alcohol). Also I recommend the Southern Charm Burger if you like a sweet tasty burger. French fries are alright, but adding their house seasoning which you can buy and take home makes even the most blandest of french fries taste good, really good

Cant speak for the food because we didnt even sit down. The hostess ignored us completely when we walked in (there was no one else waiting). When we tried to get her attention she put out her hand and said "wait". We decided right then that we would not spend a cent in that place ever and walked out.

I struggle to give two stars, but the food was great. The service was some of the worst I have ever had. I understand circumstances arise and people call out, but having an attitude with the customer is not the solution. No matter how great the food is, its still a service industry. Unacceptable.

Sat us in the area where the server wasnt at work yet. Waited 15 minutes before anyone came by and asked for out drink orders. No one came by to refill drinks. And after we finished with our dinner, no one came up with a check. Awful. Just awful

I enjoyed every moment. The food was very good, well prepared. The service was great. The manager came over and chatted made sure we was getting the proper service and everything was just as we order. First visit but definitely not the last.

Really not impressed. They didnt brown the grill cheese sandwich. looks like they microwaved it. Chili tasted like it had been sitting for awhile. Beer was cold Yay!

Great local place, come here all the time for the friendly atmosphere and awesome burgers!! They have some really nice selections on tap for all kind of beer lovers.
