I was hesitant to try this place as my wife, son and I walked by. We decided to give it a shot and boy was it worth it! The menu was new to us but was not too intimidating. We took a few minutes yo think about what to order. When we finally made it to the register, we were met by courteous staff who seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The woman who helped us commented on how handsome my son is and answered all of our questions with "absolutely". A few moments later, a man named Ralph (who appeared to be of the management staff) appeared and struck a nice conversation with us complimenting again on how handsome my son is and gave us great life advice to spend more time with our children. I chose to have the "Breakfast All Day Burger" which is an Angus Beef patty, american cheese, Bacon, Maple Syrup, fried egg, hash browns, grilled onions and ketchup. I chose to have it "green style" which means instead of the potato bun they would normally use, my burger was prepared using lettuce as the bun. Everything about it was superb! The meat was juicy and seasoned perfectly. The bacon was tasty especially coupled with the maple syrup. The fried egg oozed perfectly after the bite which gave a creaminess that melded well with everything else. My wife had the standard "Cheeseburger". She chose to have it the standard way with the potato bun. After the bite she stared at me with awe and said "what a great burger!" So impressed, I asked for a bite. I knew it would be good because mine was so good. again, both patties were cooked well and the cheese perfectly melted. As we were leaving, my wife stated to me "...This is the first meal i have thoroughly enjoyed out in a long time.". I echo the sentiment as I have been unsatisfied with food lately. We all left completely satisfied. PS....they went around and gave samples of their custard which was superb! Who would have thought.....burgers and custard!!!

Absolutely displeased with the service here and would never go back. Waited for our food for 25 minutes when it wasnt even busy. I dont like giving bad reviews at all, but when I see other people getting served before me and I was there before them... somethings off with that. In their defense though, they offered the food and refund, but I have no idea if they dropped the food or did anything to it. Would NOT recommend this place or even consider going back. Shame because it looks like a cool spot.

Its OK. My coworkers and I waited years for this place to open and were underwhelmed by the quality of the food. We came back twice to make sure that it wasnt just a bad day, and we were all consistently unimpressed. Also the last time we were there we got a 20min earful from a member of the staff at our table about how hes an entrepreneur and how he once was in the same room as steve jobs. So, if your in a rush, dont get sucked into any odd ball characters that work there.

This place compared to NYC location is a junk. Ordered a Veggie burger, only thing that was properly cooked was the patty, the bun looked toasted from the inside, but was colder than Trumps heart on the outside. The cheese was just sitting there not even melted to the patty. No burgerfi sauce on it. Over all the veggie burger was in par with Jordan Speiths 15th hole in the 2017 Masters first round.

I love this place. I come here for lunch sometimes and the food is always great. The burgers always taste fresh, the fries are really good, and I recently tried their custard which is great also. Something I really like about this place is the people that work there are all super nice and friendly, always smiling and happy to help you, great customer service.

Breakfast all day burger was great, so was the Cry + Fry (Onion rings and fries combo). I would not recommend the chili cheese fries, the chili sauce spices were way off (not sure if it was just this batch or how they normally taste), even the delicious fries and Wiz couldnt save it. The service was great for how busy it was.

Fantastic place. They have a guy working here who is friendly and dynamic. I came with my pregnant wife and she wanted a milkshake but the machine was down so he gave us a free drink. He also brought us our food when it was time. Food was awesome and music was great. His name is 504 Vaughn N. Definitely making this my spot.

The food is good. Not great mind you but good. The service however is god awful. The people all act like they want to be anywhere else in the world and pay zero attention to detail. My order was messed up three different ways and staff didnt seem to care. There are way too many burger choices around so Ill avoid this one.

BEER and Burgers. What else do you want? Good tasting food. Not so busy. Fries were hot and fresh! Con: bathroom was Nasty! And the tables were messing a slightly dirty. One of the casher was rude. She was wearing a pin that said "ask me anything". She wasnt helpful with the questions I asked.

Server VAUGHN provided me with SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Although it was a brief interaction at the cashier stand, he lit up both me and my partners face with personalized service and loads of laughter. I hope to see him again the next time we come to dine here!

Good service. Mediocre food. For the price Id expect an amazing burger and fries. Nope! Tasteless garlic aioli and brown fries seem like theyve been laying around. Bland burger. So-so onion rings. Very disappointing. Good thing they serve wine and beer

I have to say that. This is best burger I have ever tasted . The meat is so freash and well seasoned ..the fries on the "BOMB"!! And cant forget the service very friendly and knowledgeable about there selections .. you wont be disappointed .....

The food is really delicious a little pricey though. It used to have a warm and welcome atmosphere but I dont why they got rid of this girl named bri she always gave great service really friendly and helpful I hope to see her back soon

Worse burger ever. CIO came out with a soggy bun and cold what looked like ( ground chuck meat). Sent it back and they changed the bun and charred the meat which taste horrible. No Wagyu beef HERE! If II could go below 1 I would!

Sorry, but couldnt give more. When you get an egg on a burger you dont expect it to be over hard. Fries were OK but seemed a bit stale (if I were to compare with Five Guys). Clean place and nice servers.

The food is great but you guys probably need to pay more attention to the sticky ground and table surface and also leaking toilet in the restroom...
