My family and I tried to get a seat there to eat. We were told rudely that we cant sit down in the diner. To our shock we asked why? Some girl replied, while on the phone, rudely that there was an emergency that she cant tell us why, but we cant eat. And I said Well then why is does your diner have customers sitting down right NOW and eating?! No answer. So rude. Apparently she was the manager too! No Im sorry, no coupon, nothing. Never EVER going back. Maybe there was a mold or salmonella infestation going on, you never know.

I had a classic burger and my husband had the guacamole chicken burger (not the proper name but youll know it when you see it). The idea of those burgers seemed awesome but the execution was disgusting. First of all my husband barely had any guacamole and than within a hour after eating it he got nauseas and was basically down for the rest of the night. Ive never had Johnny Rockets before that visit but I damn sure wont ever go there again.

Cold coffee , 3 oz. Bowl of watery chili, and mediocre french fries. I had to go to Popeyes to get something to eat. P.S. Johnny , I know you never graduated 8th grade, but here is the definition of a bowl. Generally, an 8 ounce cup of soup is just that, a cup of soup. 1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) would fill a bowl of soup. I say soup because its too watery to be called chilli.

The food here is amazing ! By far the best Johnny rockets establishment I know, and yes they do take about 10 mins to make your food but its worth it , and this is when its full of people here when its empty ish like in the morning midday theyll do your order fast , Try the smokehouse you wont regret it, oh and yes maybe 1 waiter their is a bit careless

The Houston Hamburger is great with a fried egg. The milkshakes are a bit watery though. The staff is accommodating for take-out, I ordered on seamless and came late to pick it up. My milkshake had partially melted because of it (in my opinion they should have made it when I arrived) but they were kind enough to make a fresh one for me.

It was a horrible experience. Once they seated me it took my waitress 15 mins to come out and ask what I wanted to drink not even order my food. My dessert the bownie tasted old. I wasnt please at all. Worst thing is that it was a weekday and there were no customers. The place was empty with only 2 tables and mine 3

Our server, Fatima, was an absolute sweetheart, and the food was genuinely fantastic. Would have rated five stars (no, really!), but management DESPERATELY needs to replace the blown out speakers; the music, usually one of the best parts of Rockets, is downright grating because of the awful sound quality.

I used to work here and I can honestly say that the services is much worse now. Literally took 20 minutes for someone to ask for our order and another 20 for our drinks to come. Ive had busy days here and I still made sure to give the best service. Definitely not going back. Ridiculous.

horrible. the waiter messed up my order when i specifically said no onions.. she didnt even write my order down… i asked to speak to the manager, and he send the waiter to talk back to me. the manager shouldve came instead. horrible service dont recommend it and will not return.

Rude kid with an Afro tossed my plate and shake across the table like it was some freaking frisbee. Wish I caught his name but this happened at about 7:00PM he clearly did it in a hateful manner and I couldnt not write a bad review on him.

Good hamburgers. I love their cheese tots. The manager is very active helping the staff. However today the restaurant wasnt even half capacity and I had to wait almost 45 min for a hamburger.

Would not rate higher due to the food. The Rocket Chili Dog was great but the fries average. The shakes really arent that great at all. Fun atmosphere but better shakes at Chick-fil-a.

Nice old-styled place with tasty burgers. I liked the musical machine on the tables, but unfortunately it does not work. The service is good and fast. The milk shake is awesome.

Had a burger, fries and a chocolate milk shake. All were prepared perfectly. For only a couple of dollars more than maccas downstairs, the quality is worlds away.

If youre a vegetarian, dont try the chilly cheese fries. Apparently chilly means beef. Also, just avoid the French fries.
