I have been to this place and this was my second time here and it was 8:45 and they close at 9:30 there was a women with blonde hair and she lied to us saying that she was closing and she couldnt do the mix so we said ok and payed and walked away but then we saw closely and other costumers were getting ice cream and they did the mix she she basically very untruthful

Found a hair near the bottom of the cone. Employee told us they couldnt give us a refund as my daughter ate most of the ice cream nor a gift card. She had to text the manager. She offered us a new cone but my daughter noticed they were not wearing hair nets or gloves. We also noticed opened drinking bottles at the counter.
