The falooda kulfi the young guy puts together is decent. He knows his job. Service wise, well there is a young kid goofing around i think and may be someone else her mom or whoever ppl mentioned is rude. Pay them no mind. Ignore if you can and get sum1 who behaves to serve you. I hear poor customer service can be a downer but simple rule, treat people the way they treat you. I think that would be fair. Worst case scenario, just take your ice cream and get out or guess dont go there at all.

I wish I could give this place zero stars, the place smelled very bad as soon as we walked in . The guy who took my order was staring at me , i felt very weird. The lady was so nasty that if you ask her for an extra spoon or a cover she gives you a dirty look. I cant believe why some one would be so rude to each and every customer. I will never return back to this place.

Everything Tastes good, but the service is worst, exceptionally worst, they excel in it. Staff dont even respond to customer. Especially the lady behaves so arrogant and is most irresponsible. Whole experience is so unhappy. Coming from an indian, believe me, we SUCK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. And at KWALITY WALLS, EDISON it sucks to the core.

The place smelled good like roses and the icecream was good. The only thing is that I wish that they told us that we could sample flavors instead of just keeping their mouths shut and staring at us the whole time as we struggled to choose a flavor and they should have more seats so we can enjoy our icecream.

Extremely arrogant and rude staff. Penny wise and pound foolish. Rule #1 of customer service is dont anger the customer. These people are just greedy and sloppy. Icecream isnt even that good, mostly stale, too sweet. Go somewhere else, let these fools go out of business.

Very Very RUDE staff... Just ruined the good ice-cream. They behave as if they are doing favour to you by selling ice-cream to you. Given a choice, Die or Eat Ice cream there. I would choose to Die. Save your self-respect by not going there.

Great Ice cream place that serve Indian Ice cream. Only just dont go after 10pm, they will kick out and close the doors. That is absolutely ridiculous specially during the summer hours.

We had butterscotch, guava and meetha paan ice cream today. One of us actually suffered food poisoning because of meetha paan ice cream and the staff arent much welcoming.
