I usually have decent experience here, but the last 2 times I must say the server was rude. The server judges my boyfriend and I just because we look young doesnt mean I wont leave a good tip. I generally tip 20%. She was extremely nice to the tables with families (moms, dads, and children), I must say my boyfriend and I felt discriminated. We went during the unlimited steak special and before we even asked for a refill of shrimp she puts down our check and walks away. We didnt even get a refill on our drinks yet. When we stopped her and asked for more shrimp she looks agitated. I was just so annoyed at this point and ignored her. At the end of the night my boyfriend wasnt even full yet because we barely asked or refills. I still left her a 15% tip and left without complaining to the manager. I did write a letter to the location and they have yet to write back. Im a little disappointed at the server and this specific outback. I wouldnt expect terrible service from Outback, next time Im just going to go to Texas Roadhouse thats down the road.

I did the online purchase and pickup. The service for pick up is very good when theyre not busy. But the time I went when there was a line of cars, the service sucked. I was the first car parked in the pickup lot and the waitress came and went with my payment. Car after car came and instead of waiting walked into the restaurant back entrance and picked up their food. After about 10 cars (30 minutes) I walked in myself and my food was sitting on the floor as the waitress was ringing everyone else up. The food was cold and refused to take it. Luckily they were redeemed when the manager offered to remake the food. I was in a time restraint so I told him I would take the food if he gave me a full refund. The manager agreed and gave me a full refund. I wont go so far to say their service was terrible but it does need more management and attention to who came first. Maybe a policy on waiting in the car. The food however was good. I ordered the Prime Rib Herb Roast. If it werent for the Prime Rib I would have rated this a 1 star.

Foods pretty typical of this chain restaurant ok at best. How ever this was mothers day we called ahead to make reservations. When we arrived I expected to be seated in a reasonable amount of time, but instead another family who did not have reservations were seated before my family because they were friends with one of the servers. I watched them get out of thier car after we checked in with the hostess, so I know they didnt have reservations or check in with the hostess, just went up to the server friend. Im pretty sure they were seated at our table. We continued to wait for 30-40 minutes to be seated at our reserved table. Regardless We spent alot of money for our lunch being bumped down the list for a friend of the staff.

I love coming here once or twice a month, on most occasions, I go with curbside takeaway. Best ribeye steaks, I ever had, and I have been to plenty of steakhouses. I prefer the charcole grill style, although the recently added wood fire style, is not bad either. Also, you can never go wrong with the "Bloomin Onion", as an appetizer. desserts, are excellent too. Very busy during dinner hours, especially on the weekend. My advice is if your going there, on the weeknd, go for an early dinner (before 5pm), or late dinner (after 8pm), unless you dont mind waitng anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes for a table.

Twice in past month i ordered from oldbridge. Once the steak was so dry i couldnt swallow this time i checked the steak real quick at my door got it delivered now i understand this isnt a five star resterant but comeon any real chef knows the best part of a steak is the crust on both sides i have a feeling this chef is.either old or still.in school .the manager sent a twenty off coupon in the mail firrst time which i cant go.out so was useless but id offer to teach the chef how to.cook..n im just a house mom

This restaurent is right besides our community.. on a walkable distance.. thats the first best part of it.. Me and my husband both of us are vegeterians.. hence we dont have much options.. However whatever we had in Veg was awesome.. We had Mac n Cheese n it was yummmy... Mashed Potatoes Loved it.. and a cocktail named Blackberry Martini which was amaaaaazzzinggg... The staff is also good and friendly..

WORST steak I have ever had. Not to mention on one side of our booth a server was sweeping and on the other side a server was flipping the cushions and spraying windex. However, the manager comped the steaks and our server was friendly. We usually go for just apps and never had a problem with that. I suppose well stick to that moving forward and get our steaks from Texas Roadhouse.

Disgusted on the quality of food given to me from curbside takeout. I paid $16 for cold already cut up steak not cooked the way I ordered. I even picked up my food 5 minutes before the time they told me to come. Im convinced I received someone elses leftovers.. not only will I never eat here again I will make sure no one I know does either. Save your money and time!!!

The food is great and the service is always on par. Try that 18 ounce sirloin served medium with garlic mashed and broccoli with the grilled shrimp and dont forget that New England clam chowder. Or, the Parmesian crusted chicken with the above minus the steak.... then theres the pork porter house... Guess I know where Im going tonight. ;-)

Service was great, Deseary, was our server. Probably spelt her name wrong but sure your corporation can look up the time we were there; Sunday approximately 5 :30 to 7:30. She is a HUGE asset to your corporation!!!! The food was outstanding as usual, only what I expect and get from Outback. Another pleasant experience! Thank you.

we went to this place last saturday to celebrate a friends birthday. i let known to the hostess at the front of that, expecting employees will come to the table singing the birthday song with a cake and candle- like other restaurants. But no, none of this.

I came to this establishment one day last week and they were out of steaks all I could order was mashed potatoes and corn but they still charge me as much as a normal steak I am very sad this is awful The mashed potatoes gave me horrible wind by the way

I eat here all the time. Besides the steak, they have the best wings around. There blue cheese wedge salad is also really good. I usually sit at the tables by the bar so I can be served by Francine. Shes been there since they opened and shes great.

You know what you are getting here; chain food in a good atmosphere. Our food was pretty good. Everything is over seasoned and over salted here. But our service was attentive and everyone was friendly.
