DONT GO THERE if you cant eat spicy food and dont hope for anything not-spicy even if you ask them to cook not spicy - still the food will be loaded with lot of chilly peppers! The manager appeared completely ignorant to my complain saying that the food I got from them "can not be spicy, because she knows the recepie" and didnt even try so show any sign of sympathy or willingness to resolve the issue - simply "it cant be spicy" (period) and just not caring or their dissapointed customer... that is despite the fact that I checked with her several times while making an order that the burrito wouldnt be spicy/chilly or hot at all... and then what... you get a burrito loaded with hot chilly sauce and should pretend as if it was sweet? what a frustration.... Oh... go check their restrooms... they are SO durty and smell urine that they have to put A LOT OF AIR FRESHENER in order to mask that terrible smell...

We just spent $24 for lunch at the Baja Fresh, and there was NOTHING fresh about it! I ordered the steak/shrimp combo and my husband ordered 2 steak tacos. The steak and shrimp were COLD and OVERCOOKED. When I took it back to the counter, the lady behind the counter acted like it was a personal insult on her (which, of course it wasnt) She asked me if anything was wrong, and I explained the steak was cold and over cooked and the shrimp was cold. Her reply: "Ill be with you in a minute" - She then placed my plate on the shelf by the cook and stated (out loud) - "Jose, he said its cold and over cooked". I returned to my table, and approximately 30 seconds later, they delivered my tray and said here you go .... It was apparent to me, that all they did was throw the steak back on the griddle (which made it even more tough) and it was still cold. We walked out , never to return.... The WORST!!!

We got 2 chicken americano tacos and 2 steak americano tacos... last week they had no more mango salsa and we thought "oh they must be making more". We came back this week and still no mango salsa,will you guys make it again or you will continue to disappoint the customers that enjoy the mango salsa. We like the food a lot but the problem that you didnt have mango salsa disappointed us.

I choose this location of Baja fresh over any other mexican chain restaurant hands down. I was introduced to Baja fresh by a friend a couple of years ago and instantly fell in love. The food is not only full of flavor, but tastes amazing & fresh every time. The staff is awesome as well, I feel welcome and taken care of with each visit. I recommend Baja fresh to anyone and everyone!

The pork tacos are great and pretty much the only thing I get there. They do offer free chips and salsa but their salsa is not the normal kind you would get in a jar, some may like, I do not. Seating area is nice for a lunch. Price is pretty good and they do offer coupons at times.

It was better in the past, but its still awesome. The pico de gallo was chunkier back then. However, all the flavor remains. In my opinion, superior to Surf Taco. I guess ST has better marketing.

To the fella that said the food was too spicy - (1)thats like complaining your sushi is raw, (2) my4 year old daughter are the 6 chili salsa like it was cheese sauce. Now to the food - YUMMY!!!!!

The soft Tacos are great, everything tastes fesh, this place puts all other Mexican restaurants to shame, too bad there isnt any closer to my home. I recommend Baja Fresh to everyone.
