Im rating the location on 12th street a 1, not based on the food, which we never actually got to try, but based on the customer service and total rudeness there. When entering the location on 12th street with my husband and two kids in a stroller a man working there asked if I could remove my two sleeping children, including my one month old, and leave our stroller outside. The stroller fit in the restaurant and had all our personal belongings in it. I thought it was ridiculous that this man would expect us to just leave our stroller outside. Ocean city is a family place, lots of people have strollers and this man was definitely not welcoming or friendly. Instead we went down a few blocks to another pizza place that welcomed us with menus and a table. Bad experience

Now Ive already named the absolute best pizza place, but mac and mancos is a close second. Very close. Theres one negative... the price. The problem is that their pizza is sooo good that people will buy it no matter what. But $17 for a pie is a little crazy... and thats a plain pie. So when little timmy wants pizza for his party, this may not be the star choice. Also, another negative associated with the price is that they dont accept plastic. cash only, and the atms in the place are a $4 surcharge. M&Ms is an awsome business. The waiters are dressed to military spec. Shirts perfectly alligned and very professional. A must go during summer time

Definitely one of the better pizza places on the boards!! The two things that bug me are the price and how small the slices are. When I get a slice of pizza Im looking for the crust at the end of the slice to be minimal and have the sauce & cheese go to the edge. But with Manco & Manco pizza sometime you get a 2" roll of crust at the top and considering that their pizza slice is 7-8" long,,,,, you dont get much left. If you can eat the slice in 3 bites it needs to be bigger.. especially for the price. All that said, its good pizza. But now with Tony Ps........ We dont go back much.

Mack and Mancos pizza is the BEST IN THE COUNTRY! They make the pizzas right in front of you. They are constantly busy so get there when they open at 11! But if youre in the line stay there cause THE PIZZA IS 100% WORTH THE WAIT! Every time my family goes down to Ocean City we ALWAYS eat at Mack and Mancos.... who now DELIVER! The pizza has a thin yet crispy crust with all fresh ingredients on the pizza made to order! THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER TASTED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! Its especially fun to eat when your on the beach at lunchtime! WARNING: SEAGULLS LOVE THE PIZZA TOO!

Best pizza Ive ever had in my opinion. Sauce is FULL of flavor. Crust is thin and crispy. Staple of OCNJ. Dont know why anyone would go anywhere else. Free delivery to all of Ocean City. Staff do a great job handling the vast number of people lined up or the door for this pizza. Placed an order for pickup and there was a mixup and when I arrived the store never received my order. Was told they would have my 3 large pies in 5 minutes. It was true. 3 piping hot pies ready to go. We come back every year at least once and we dream of it at home.

Favorite pizza in the world. Its thin...impossibly thin, with amazing sauce and cheese. The white pizza is awesome too. Do note that google lists 758 boardwalk as the location, while the main store thats open year-round is at 9th and the boardwalk. They have free parking out back in the off-season. Also, people whine about the wait. Youre in a vacation town...people have the time to do nothing, so theyre going to wait for good food. Do you expect the good places to be empty?

Good pizza, but every year the prices keep going up and up. Im sure the latest price increase is due to the owners legal troubles. Its not fair to pass your mistakes onto the customer. In response to others comments about the employees, some are very nice, others act as though they are too cool to be friendly. There is one in particular I cant stand, its a blonde kid who always wears Jordan sneakers.

My family of 20+ gathered here to enjoy what we heard was great tasting pizza only to be disappointed by the reality of the quality. The wait staff were dutiful, but the food was greasy and lacked flavor. The cheese was also low grade. For the price of 23.00 per pie, I expected better. Honestly, Id rather go to Little Caesars. I dont recommend this place.

Unbelievable! Delicious pizza - the crust is like nothing weve ever had before! Ordered half pepperoni and half venetian (tomato) - YUMMY! Would love to have this closer to home!! We had to wait about 20 minutes, but totally worth it. They are quick to move people in but not quick to move you out! The staff was all happy and chatty. Great place!

Great tasting pizza - the sauce is added on top of the cheese to create a tasty cheesy saucy mix on the pie. The lines are pretty long on the boardwalk to wait for dine-in, so we always get takeout. The price is somewhat high for the pizza you get, however, it is comparatively priced to other pizza options on the boardwalk.

Ordered a regular pizza and Sicilian. Delivery was slow (almost an hour after the time they specified). Regular pie was pretty good. The Sicilian was totally burnt on the bottom, so that was disappointing. We heard from family that we HAD to try this place for pizza, but we didnt have a great experience.

All the goodness you expect, including the wait for a table! Worth it! Not cheap but always great pizza (sorry I didnt take a picture of my Sicilian slice, it wasnt around long enough to make it into this review.) The new store is huge and very busy but super efficient like all the others.

A classic comfort food dining experience on the Ocean City boardwalk. The pizza is unlike any other that youll have -- very saucy, thin and zesty. Open air dining room and fast service. Try Manco and Mango one day and Preps another to see which one you think is the best

Best pizza on the boardwalk. The sauce is so rich and cheese is so tasty and both in the right amounts. We order takeout from 12th Street because it gets crowded in there! Only neg is it was $38 for 2 plain pies, but delicious and worth it on vacation.

If you look in every Mack & Mancos, youll see they dont employ any women. If they did, they might get a better product, made with care and not crap spit out like its from an assembly line. Poor ingredients, not worth the money.

What a joke. All the locals said its the best around. They claim famous CRISPY pizza and it was as crispy as flatbread. It was soft and had no real taste. If you are from north jersey dont be fooled this pizza is awful.

This has always been my favorite pizza. Visited this location last week and it was AWFUL. The only thing worse than the flavor was the service. Very disappointed. If this was my first visit, it would have gotten 1 star.
