I ordered a party size cheese pizza which was supposed to include 15 chicken wings and a bottle of soda;however, I was delivered just the pizza and the rest was missing. When, I called back to explain what happened, the person who answer the phone was rude and told me he was going to call me back and just hang up the phone. I will never order a pizza from this place because I did not get what I ordered, did not receive a receipt of my order, the person was rude dealing with me, and the pizzas contained too much sodium/salt and because of it, I only ate a slice of pizza. Based on my first experience dealing with this business, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

They took my order waited a hour and half so I can call back to be told it was delivered had to go to the pizza shop and show I got charge for a pizza I never received. Gave me a damn hassle to refund my money back. They need reliable driver who calls their customer. I refuse to pay for a pizza Im not even eating they are so rude and unprofessional.

Awful, very rude customer service.. The ditzy girl who answered messed up my order. Then the manager tried to tell me they werent going to send me the right food. After he finally agreed, it took them forever, & it was disgusting. Will never order from them again. A lot of these middle eastern owned pizza shops around here on going to shitt !

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! I had ordered from Woodland Pizza previously, but after this over the phone order (which I refused to complete) I will definitely not be ordering from them again! When owning a business customer courtesy is key and they arent there yet.

They deceive you with there prices on-line a sheet pizza is advertised at $16.95 +$2.00 for extra topping +tax why the pizza cost $24.95 when you call and they say its another Woodland Pizza advised him to revise the price menu very deceiving

I had a steak and cheese grinder that was OK. It was clear by the way the meat tasted it was from a box of steak ums! However, they put all the frills (peppers, onions, etc) that typically come on a steak and cheese grinder.
