Dont order delivery from this place!!! Order form Happy Wok, better service, better food and always on time!!! It took 1hr and 15 mins for delivery and I only live 2 miles away. I called 2 times and was told "10 minute"... 10 minute my A**! Then I get a call 35 minutes in that they misplaced my order because I ordered online. Thats funny because I called 5 minutes after i ordered to confirm delivery time. When they call again now 1 hour from order time they cant find my house. I gave very specific instructions, however had to give step by step turn into driveway at this #, drive to the top, stop at the last house, but apparently that wasnt mundane enough. So after 10 more minutes of hanging up when the driver said he was here, I had to then walk down to the bottom of the driveway to the first house where they were trying to deliver my order. I get the order on my kitchen table finally after 1 hr and 15 mins and its completely botched!!! Why did I expect different lol... Newton Chinese is a joke!!! I usually order from Happy Wok and get my food in 10 minutes with delivery, unfortunately its Sunday so they are closed. I will never order from Newton Chinese again!!!

First off, I went by the good review and trusted them. Maybe, today was a bad day for this place, but yuk. I have nothing to gain by this review other than it is honestly what we found and I think it is only fair to share the experience. There was dark black hair in most of our food! What looked to be "chin" hair was found in some food as well. As for the taste(which is when the hair was first noted by our guests), was not that great. I wish this place well, but I wish we passed on trying it. We all lost our appetite. I would complain to the place, but what gain is there? We just wont eat there again. Perhaps, hair nets would be in order. Taste I guess is up to the individual. We didnt like it at all.

This place is okay, but a cut below Chun Bo, the sit-down or take-out place in town. Its an open-kitchen affair and okay, but nothing special. Better, though, than other open-kitchen places in the area. The staff is nice enough and the place looks clean. That combined with okay food makes Newtown not a bad choice. What they really need is to create some signature dish to set them apart from every other similar joint.

Decent food. Good pricing. Pleasant staff. Really fast food preparation, usually less than five minutes but thats usually at off peak hours, so keep that in mind. Star rating is based on other typical Chinese restaurants, not on the quality of restaurants in general.

Was a good experience until I am at work and cant order lunch cuz the delivery driver doesnt like to wait to get paid very impatient and delivery driver told a lie bout having to wait 30 mins to get paid would not recommend this place as a work place lunch run....

I usually eat at new town. But never Again! It takes one bad experience to lose a customer. I order their coconut shrimp and it literally had fungus on it . As if someone returned the food , they saved it and handed it over to me. Horrible

The only Chinese restaurant I will go to. All the others in the area are no where near the quality of this one. Delivery is always fast and anything you get is always fresh and delicious. Try the honey chicken. So good!

Overall the eating experience was good. The food was decent and the service was fast, getting our food in less than 10 minute. I didnt give it a 5 because the food was too salty for my taste.
