Went to see what was all the hype about the salad bar and wasnt pleased with what was on it. First it needed to be filled...the salad bar was had little on it with what they advertised, Ruby tuesday said over 55 different items which is not true. Although with it being in a college area its no chrlie browns by no means, we came in a group of 4, the place was not crowdedat the time 715pm we waited knowing there was many tables open and cleaned just empty, we were seated in15 minutes.. the waitress was good, just when my order mini burgers ,onion rings, I was surprised to see the oinion rings were deep fried twice the color was a dark brown color and not even hot, nor a golden brown at all.. also dripping of oil.. not a good experience for a return visit.. . This time we all were not pleased with meals , the waitress then getting management when we sent back the food for the problem they sent a hostessnot a manager like we wete told was coming, that made an excuse for the double deep fried oinion rings, saying it was a bit over cooked..they offered only to take it back with the dry mini burgers which they never replaced at all. They offered us no discount,refund or dessert like many places do, to us this will Never be a place again for a dinner place...again the waitresses were fine, but not management.. or pretending to be here which their were none ...2 stars because of the help, management and food rated poor D..

What a horrible, bland, overpriced place. In the past 3 months Ive been here twice... the first time I swore I would never come back... If I wanted bland, overpriced food I would go to Friendlys, at least the kids would have a good time. But I recieved a gift card so we decided to give it another shot. My wife and I both ordered steaks and the kids got the little "cheeseburgers". Our steaks were smaller than we expected but at least tasted decent, were cooked well and tender. The salad bar was less than spectacular, very limited variety and the pasta salad tasted like a "walk in freezer". Our sides of mashed potatoes and mashed cauliflower were very small, again disapointing. The kids mini burgers were absolutley aweful. The buns were soaking wet and soggy, one small 1" square of cheese that you could barely see and the patties were thin and dry. We sent one back (our other one didnt want to wait) and got her mac n cheese which was overloaded with fake cheese. Just horrible. The decor inside is very dark like theyre trying to be upscale, but the food says otherwise. Our waitress was nice and attentive though. Again, if you like bland food, small portions and med-high prices, then this is your place. We will NOT be returning.

My mother and I recently dined here and we were sorely diappointed with the hostess and lack of cleanliness for a food establishment. When we arrived there was no one there to seat us, we waited & waited until a server walking by dropped what he was doing to help us, at which time the hostess finally appeared! She never apologized, but commented that "he" was just the server and didnt know what he was doing. I said he sure did know what he was doing at least he took the time to assist us and while you werent here doing your job..so hes more than just a server hes part of your team! Then she perceives to seats us in a booth that was full of filthy trash on the floor, mess and debris on the walls!! Is this what Ruby Tuesday has come to I was not happy nor was I satisfied, just disgusting. I dont recall the young mans name that assisted us but I did leave him a nice tip just to show my appreciation for his service!

Just leaving and had a server named Cody. He was what I wish all servers would do. He had very good training. He asked if we wanted to enjoy our salad before puting order in. I think that was great because other restaurants bring you your entree before you even finish your salad. He refilled drinks so I didnt have to flag him down, Even figured out which coupon I had out of three worked out the best. He was very nice and thoughtful. He even told me about the bourbon topping on the salmon had a little kick that he would put it on the side if I wanted to. That was great because it was to much of a kick for me. Wish all the servers out there were trained like him. For these reasons I would highly recommend this Ruby Tuesdays.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. The food is bleh at best. Their salad bar used to be a highlight, but recently theyve removed several items. The service here is god-awful. My wife and I have walked out of this place with a party of six, after waiting over 15 minutes for a server to even approach our table. On other occasions, we have had terrible service. Why go to Ruby Tuesdays when there are so many other good places to eat in the area?

Totally disgusting food, the cheese in our queso looked like it had a coating of plastic wrap on it, the beer was warm, and the salad bar had a huge hair in it. Gross. The restaurant was Super dirty with a costing of grime on every thing you touched, the floor where we sat was adorned with toothpicks, food remnants, and slime. I will never ever ever eat here or any Ruby Tuesday again. Oh.. Our server kaitlyn was nice.

My first time eating here an i had a tilapia platter an it was delicious. But there was 1 problem I had my kid was with me an he saw all these cup mates the things you put your cup on so it wont put a ring on the table, anyway my kid picked up like 10 of them coming to find out they were used to keep the table level because the table was lop sided

I would compare this place to a pricey Applebees, and not nearly as good. I went because they have a salad bar. Aside from the salad bar, there werent very many healthy options. They have a portobello burger, but in my opinion once youve had one youve had them all! Nothing great here... Try the Dunkin Donuts across the street.

It was a little too cold inside but outside of that my baked potato was on point as always and Brin i think i spelled her name right. Her customer service was great as well as the managers and the guy with the number 15 Anthony jersey on. Overall had a good experience.

Good food, upgraded their buffet but mostly with new vegatables and toppings but still not bad. But its now an upcharge to switch a side for the salad bar. So not bad, but there is a lot of competition for places like this. Good coupons though.

Exactly what you would expect it to be, no more, no less. At least the service is pretty good when we go and they serve alcohol. Good for a quick business lunch and you can stay pretty healthy with the salad bar and other options.
