Unbelievably unethical business. No focus on guest service or hospitality. I was customer that came twice per month but will never return. It is absolutely ok to make mistakes but after 10 mistakes and talking to tbe supposed owner you would think that something would be done. I was there on friday may 5th and to start it took 12 minutes to get our water from the time we ordered it. The server told us how she is new and how ground round sucks because they dont have sections for the servers. She said she has been serving 35 years and has never seen anything like it. She was obviously part of the problem. She continued to blame the manager for the slow service. She took our orders and never asked how to cook the steaks. About 10 mins later i asked the owner to make sure it was well done. He came back and told me good thing i said something because the server put in medium( which she lied about later and got caught). Food came out and my wifes steak was pink so it had to go back and didnt come out until i was finished my meal. But that was ok because i had no silverware anyway and couldnt eat my meal either. But i did have an empty glass of water. My wife left the table to go find me some napkins so i could eat with my fingers until they brought a fork. It actually took another server that has served us many times before to bring us our food. She took my wifes food back and came and refilled our drinks. You could tell she was imbarassed on behalf of thw company. The owner came out and told me how 5 of his college girls needed off tonight and thats the issue. He said they would address the employee and take came of me. We had what i thought was a good conversation. After this service continued i was brought the bill with nothing taken off. I decided that i would give my card and pay but i would address the owner afterwards for doing absolutely nothing like he said he would. The girl who took the check verified with the server to make sure to charge me full price and she said yes. I thanked the owner for doing absolutely nothing for me and charging me full price and i told him i will never return. He told me that he would do something for me and reached into his pocket and insulted me with a $5 off my next visit coupon. Unbelievable! I said the only thing that is going to make this right is for you to void out the order. He said that with the POS system macros he as the owner cannot void a transaction. I left disgusted and paid full price. In a way im happy i paid full price, i dont want them to do me any "favors" or even give me the service that i deserve. #goingbankruptagain

Extremely slow service on several occasions, management is uninvolved or just does not care. When my wife asked for no Pico de Gallo, because of a food allergy, and food came out with it waitress argued that Pico de gallo meant cheese (she was thinking of queso i guess)and they didnt put cheese on it. To remedy the situation it was taken to the back and scraped off and the same plate brought back. Will not eat there again. Also gum under most tables if you need to freshen your breath after dinner, so they got that going for them. The food I have had from there was good, but nothing outstanding.

My wife and I recently went to Ground Round. We had a wonderful meal. I wasnt sure what to expect. It has been so long since we had had Ground Round. I remember it from my childhood. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our server brought fresh popcorn and took our drink order right away. I had a burger and fries and my wife got a cranberry and chicken salad. The meal was reasonably priced and we had good service. I would go again, and recommend it to family and friends.

Terrible service, brought out 5 of the 9 meals after 40 minutes. The other 4 meals were the childrens. Ask to see manager and he apologized and said he would bring out the kids right a way. And he would take care of it at the end. Brought out 3 meals when asked about the fourth he blamed the waitress. Asked him for bill said the kids were free. Considering Sunday the kids eat free anyway we just paid the bill and left. Never again.

We were a table of 7 and I know Ashley is new but she did amazing lastnight, she was over at our table every couple of mins, refilled our drinks without us even asking of course she asked us first but we didnt have to ask her. Ashley was very friendly I would definitely recommend her to my friends and the food was delicious I plan on returning again in the future.

Had the chicken fajita wrap. Yummy. Great plate presentation, everything in the wrap was seasoned to perfection. Enjoyed my wrap. Sweet Potato fries where crunchy and delicious. My husband had the beef nachos, once again everything seasoned to perfection and absolutely delicious. Service was great as well. Will definitely be returning for another meal soon.

Slow, terrible service despite not being busy. Waitress asked us if we wanted a flat bread for everybody and we said no, only one us. She served us a small plate of the flatbread which we assumed was for one person like we said. Check charged us for 3 of them and then they refused to remove it because we ate it. This place is a joke.

I personally LOVE their chicken ceased wrap I order it every time lol and the fries with the sea salt are awesome u just cant stop eating them lol service is good and they are reasonably priced no more than other places I have been its what u would expect for a restaurant I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Excellent place to eat. The service was fast and friendly. The food was delicious and the cost was great. We brought our 2 year old and she gets a little antsy out to eat but the restaurant was very child friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be returning.

husband and I have been dining here for a few years, since it changed from Charlie Brown to GR. Food is consistently good, steaks and burgers are fantastic and the salads are always fresh. You can tell the quality and we look forward to our next visit.

I would have given it 5 stars but the server was terrible. The bathrooms were absolutely awful. But The food was very good. If I could call and pick up the food i would go more often. Unfortunately it will be a while before I go back.

Excellent experience!! Our server Dusty was great with the kids and was probably the best waitress Ive seen in like 10 years. The food was good and prepared as requested. Cant go wrong with the free popcorn either! Thanks!!

Was there on 6/24/17 around 8:30pm. There were hardly any patrons. The food was terrible. Onion soup was jelled. Tried to wrap my chicken fajitas & the wraps were hard & crunchy. Our waitress Anna R was very nice.

Never returning again! Sat at table and no one came to greet us .after waiting for 30 minutes we left Hostess snatched menus from us This place sucks If I could give them below zero stars I would!
