Ive been going to recovery for a while now, and honestly it is truly a great place. Living around the Burlington area, there are truly no good places to go watch a game. I mean you can drive out towards Bungs, but they really have lacked quality food and service the last few times I have been there. Anyway, Recovery is great because it offers a superb experience for viewing games. For example, I went many times last year and this year attending Phillies and Flyers postseason games alike. It is awesome, all the people in there are cheering for the home team and theres even a bell they ring when they score. Its really a lot of fun. However, beware of the week day staff. Even the waiters and waitresses will tell you to come during the weekends because the cooks are not too great during the week. Sure youll be waiting a long while for a table during the weekend, but the food and service alike, are much better from Friday-Sunday. Overall, the food is great on the weekends, but the menu is a bit small. Personally, the wings and sauce are the best in the county for me. Also, their sliders and burgers are quite good and fairly priced as well. The service is also good over the weekends, and the manager will invariably come to your table and see how things are going. The point system there is also great if you are a frequent customer. Its way too easy to rack up some credit on your Recovery Card or whatever its called; but dont tell them! And ultimately, the best thing is the atmoshere. 40+ HDTVs and sounddogs at every table (sounddogs are these little boxes that play the audio to a specific TV in the restaurant). Its really a great place!

Sunday September 19, 2010, my husband surprised me and took me here to watch the Eagles game (We Won). To our surprise Recovery receives 8 game feeds and you can watch all of them from the many flat screens they have posted along the walls. So we were able to watch most of the games on in addition to the Phillies. One unique aspect that separates this place from other sports bars are the wireless speakers on your table broadcasting all 8 feeds. So you can listen to your game and when a commercial comes on switch to another with the touch of a button. The food selections are typical bar and grill items, we had a wing sampler, their Steak Nachos, and my husband enjoyed their Brownie, vanilla ice cream and chocolate fudge dessert. I didnt rate this place on the food as much as the atmosphere to watch the game. If you are looking for the perfect place to watch a game/s look no further!

Food is meh, but our wait was the issue, IT WAS TOO LONG!!! Just for an appetizer was at least 25 minutes. We ordered the hummus and it was gross. The pita bread was stale. Yuck! Then another 15 minutes for food. RIDICULOUS! The main food was delicious but like warm. Not worth the wait for food that wasnt warm. This is the waiters fault. They were not paying attention to anything. They were rude too. When we told them the food was luke warm, the waitress said "Sorry about that" in a sassy unfriendly way which meant she didnt care at all. Rude! They also served someone a bun that was cracked with mushy stuff inside. THAT IS BEYOND DISGUSTING. All I have to say is DONT EAT HERE! I would not recommend eating here to anyone. I hope this is only a bad day for them, because that kind of experience is unacceptable.

This place just cant seem to put it all together. After going here more than 25-30 times, Ive seen the best and the worst and the wrost is was to frequent. Decent beer selection, food is average to above but the preparation is very inconsistent. The thing that throws it off is the overly entitled staff and management. Talk to a manager about a bad experience or poorly prepared food and you will catch dirty looks every time you come in. Had a drink split on one of our party members, the waitress was apologetic. Waitress told the manager who saw our party when the waitress pointed over. We didnt receive an apology. Dont think youll get food or service better than the commercial restaurant across the street. This is a chain and a poorly ran location at that.

Very disappointed. We were a party of 6 and the food was served cold, from the appetizers to the main courses. The motzerella appetizer is served with cold tomato paste instead of marinara sauce. The alfredo sauce tasted like plain milk and the chicken in it wasnt fully cooked. The hot wings were served cold. The desserts were good but they were out of our first choice. Our server Kristin was excellent. She apologized for everything and even comped some items. The ladies room didnt have so much as a single square of toilet paper and was very dirty. I thought a sports bar would be much better on a football Sunday especially since it was only about a quarter filled.

Ate at this establishment multiple times over the years. If you stick to wings and burgers you wont be disappointed, most of the other food is pretty tasteless. Tonight, I had fish and chips. They were not beer battered, which for myself is a must and they resembled Gordon fisherman fillets. They where definitely over cooked along with my kids chicken tenders. My wife ate chicken and shrimp. Shrimp was OK and chicken was cooked well. Both were also tasteless. However, I will reiterate the wings are good and so are the Burgers. The service their has always been solid.

The wings here are amazing! Im not a big fan of wings to begin with because its usually all spice and no flavor, but this place has it right. Theres a variety of flavors to choose from and Ive tried about half the menu and havent had a bad batch yet. Definitely mix it up a little as far as style because the Traditional, Grilled and Boneless add unique tastes to the wings. If youre into really spicy wings or food, this place is probably not gonna be for you, but if you want great tasting food that comes from local sources and always fresh then try this place out!

It was OK. The soft pretzels with cheese were good. My Pepper Jack Burger had poor flavor and the hot peppers that came on it were where tough like they were semi-dried. Yuk. The person I was with ordered The Salmon Dynasty. They changed the plate and instead of rice they served potatoes. The waitress confirmed customers were complaining about the switch up. I would not make a special trip to go to this place. Looks like its better for beer than for food.

I was looking for a place to grab a beer and lunch on a sunday. My server took 15mins to ask what i wanted to drink after sitting down. The food would have been better if i went through a drive through. And i waited 30 mins for my second beer. The bill to 15 mins to show up. Time to skip this place and head over to a better sports bar that actually cares about food and beer during a football game.

I had a great experience with Frankie who really helped him with fixing my Hall of Fame Card. He took the time to listen to my problem with my points not being accepted and offered to help me out. Not only did he give me a new card but he was able to get my old points restored and merged onto the new card. Way to go Frankie!!!! You are the simply the best!!! as Tina Turner would sing. Kevin
