Im another small business owner in town and as such, try to support small businesses, however the inconsistency makes it difficult. The coffee and treats are a-ok, what I would expect of any coffee shop in town. I would note that I have ordered the same breakfast sandwich several times and had it prepared several ways, twice having had received the wrong sandwich. Ordinarily this wouldnt be a big deal, but if youre going to "grab and go," you might be in for a disappointment. Lastly, closing is not consistent. During the week, when the store is supposed to close at 7, I have gone in at around 6:15 to see lights dimmed, the beverage refridgerator case turned off and the bakery display emptied. Unfortunately, when I go to starbucks, I know exactly what Im getting and I know that theyll be open when they say they are.Your small business will only get smaller if your staff does not support your menu or your hours.

Ive been to nearly every coffee shop in Morristown, and this place still serves the best coffee especially in the mornings. Corn muffins and chocolate croissants are some of the most popular items and often disappear soon after opening, so you have to move fast. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable with coffee lingo, offering to fix your drink if its not what you expected. A lot of the customers have been going there for years, and many use the place as a kind of community base in the mornings to catch up and make plans. A friendly atmosphere with good coffee; it kind of brings back memories of the old-time community coffee shops where even new people/visitors just passing through are treated with kindness.

I work in town and will not get my coffee anywhere else. I adore Smartworld not only for its delicious coffee but for its wonderful owners and staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating and there is a great ambiance in general. There is a wide selection of drinks besides coffee, my favorite being raspberry passionfruit iced tea, as well as tasty sandwiches, pastries, and even biscuits for your pups. As an added bonus, there are plenty of places to park, which is usually an issue in Morristown. Even if you cant find a spot on the street or in the church parking lot across the way, there is a big lot behind the block, accessible from Pine Street, with rear entry to the shop.

My friends & familys go-to place for coffee. The specialty coffees and snacks are great, but the drip coffee is fantastic - especially the seasonal selections. The winter graham cracker is THE best. Plus - the staff is friendly and helpful!
