After loosing my wallet a night before, I walked into this particular Starbucks as I normally did every morning. Sadly I had no intention of buying anything since I was of course flat broke. Normally I bought daily and multiple times a day. I am a gold card member also. Anyways, after waiting 15 mins for my normal ride out of town, the manager of the store rudely asked me to leave the store as I didnt buy anything yet! I told her why not, but she didnt give a crap and said she will call the cops if I didnt leave.. I left angrily and she still called the cops and had me banned from the store! How dare they treat their most loyal customers like this! I am demanding money back from corporate or will be taking them to court, and trust me I will find something!

First, parking is limited to metered street. The store was very busy when I went with a long line and I had to walk through a crowded seating area to get to it. At the register, the staff was very efficient and friendly. Another crowd formed at the pick-up area and the barista did not call out drinks/names as they were placed on the counter which made it difficult to know when mine was ready. This is definitely not a quiet location; there were many groups of very talkative and somewhat rowdy teenagers, which would make it difficult to get any work done.

Every coffee tastes the same! Burnt, charred without much character. Why? Is it all about marketing? Familiarity is the key. The fast food of coffee. Every shop tastes the same. Corporate coffee. I prefer Black River Roasting. Get back into your hundred thousand dollar kitchen, turn on that thing over there that is only used to reheat take out ( its a stove) and make a cup from bean to cup.

Starbucks was first class jerks on New Years Eve. While they stayed open on Morristown s first night till midnight, wouldnt it been smarter to embrace the community event, stay open till 1am or 2am and coffee up those that may have had a drink or two. To have the entire community watch the fireworks at midnight, then to be told we are closed was just wrong. Bad deal Starbucks. Bad start to 2016.

I come here all the time and they have always been great, but this morning I ordered my coffee, which they advised that they did not have soy milk. This is the first time ever in 15 years that I have seen Starbucks not have soy milk.

If youre drunk and looks like you need a shower, they probably wont give you the code for the restroom. What is this Newark? The coffee is expensive enough, now you have to look like a million bucks in order to use the restroom!

Not the cleanest Starbucks location. Its tight quarters on the inside with limited seating, however there is a decent amount of outdoor seating around the front of the building.

Normally I love Starbucks. But this location has no public internet, and on 11/1 was a sauna inside. No air? Not exactly the comfy place to hang its supposed to be.
