Very busy day, and I am not super impatient, but rude is rude. I ordered ahead, waited 15 minutes, then asked if one of the drinks waiting at the mobile area was for me. Loud and obnoxious person (she was the manager) started off on a long rant about how busy they were and it was Christmas and after she finished what she was doing she would be glad to "answer all your questions." On and on. She finally walked away, and I asked someone else, and lo and behold, yes indeed, one of the drinks that had been sitting there for at least five minutes was mine - and several for others. She was much to important, busy and loud to bother giving drinks out. I asked one of the others if the loud, rude person was the manager and they say "oh yes!!" If it is busy, fine, but when no need to be rude, and for petes sake, hand out the darn drinks within 10 minutes of finishing them!

I drink far too much Starbucks than I really care to admit. This is probably one of the best and friendliest ones I frequently. Its clean, staff is friendly and attentive. Corporate should use this as an example for future stores.

There the worst,they made on drinks two weeks ago and it taste like water and coffee,but they been doing okay.But i waited for my water for more then 10 mins,then I walked out. Like I think when there busy they suck

If you have the app, definitely order your items before hand to be picked up. When it gets busy, it can be hard to get your drink in a timely manner. Other than that, i have no issues.

It is a small location. The staff are always very friendly. It gets crowded at certain times, but they have maximized the use of their space and have outdoor seating.
