I went to this Starbucks this morning. Although the majority of the staff is nice enough, I has a very unpleasant experience with one barista. I didnt get her name but she was a larger young woman with short hair. I order a SF-Vanilla Soy Chai, which was apparently written down as a latte (I never say Chai Latte so Im not sure where that came from). Th barista made the latte and when I told her it was supposed to be a Chai she rolled her eyes at me, said "Well, it SAYS latte. You meant Chai?" and stormed off in huff, not even bothering to all out my new, correct drink, apologize or offer any kinds words whatsoever. Ive been in the coffee house business, Ive worked in restaurants, I understand when things get busy service isnt the best, but this lady was AWFUL! Go to Chester instead!

A nice huge Starbucks with good staff but sadly no drive through. They have a nice full menu and actually have the light versions of most of the drinks unlike most locations. The clientele in the area can be a bit odd though. Fast service.

Probably the best starbuck experience! Amazing staff and service. Even when the line is crowded the staff manage to be quick and make delicious beverages. Would highly recommend.
