Staff seems to hate their job. The line is out the door and only one person behind the counter is ringing and preparing items while the other workers move SLOWLY around the store moving chairs and wiping counters. Most of the tables and chairs wobble and tilt. Newspapers and trash litter the store. Theres no parking. Baked items are mislabeled and without prices. Chicken sandwich fell apart in my hand, my friends box came with chips that were crushed into crumbs, wilted cucumbers, and trail mix that looked open. Spilled coffee and condiments in disarray despite the staffs "effort" to clean. I frequent Starbucks all over the Tristate, and this place is really a disaster. Theres a nice, authentic looking, little coffee shop around the corner too, maybe I go there next time Im in the area.

Nicely done, furnished, etc., but they need to improve some logistics. They tend to mess up my mobile to-go order about 50% of the time; hot food comes out in a different spot than coffee, which may not sound like a big deal, but for how crowded this place is it makes for a pretty awkward experience much of the time.

Staff here arent that friendly. One of the staff members gave me an attitude and he didnt seem to enjoy his day like other Starbucks. I wish that one person was better and the other staff to fix his attitude up. Plus as usual, Starbucks is expensive, but they serve delicious food.

I have never seen such a dirty and disorganized Starbucks before - and Ive had a Starbucks Gold Card for years. I took pictures and emailed the district manager because it was so bad. He basically just said that they were working on it. I wont be visiting this location again.

good customer service, comfortable , good espresso, lots of outlets and ideal for laptop work. downside needs to be cleaner , and small floor plan. also it wouldnt hurt if it has comfy chairs.

This Starbucks has a great vibe, however it is way to small a space for the amount of business they do there. I found a nice place to hang out for a few hours, but I was lucky to get a seat.
