Placed an order for delivery, the appetizer was the sampler, in which i have gotten many times before when Mike was the owner, now it is half the amout if food and over cooked. The chicken cheesesteak tasted like it was overcooked or a dirty grill. Higher prices, half the food, and overcooked. Yall need to clean your grill. I called them and the owners service was so poor, my family and people from work will never order from there again. I had to rate a star so I could let everyone know what is going on before you waste your money! Sandy

I have ordered many times from 4 Seasons and loved their food....the last time I ordered, my party tray came with 18 slices of pizza. This time my half party tray came with 8 slices but they cut it to make it look like there was 12. Lets not forget they delivered a warm 2 liter of soda. I dont understand what they are doing there, they have great tasting food to make this a 4 to 5 star pizzeria, but they are not consistent anymore with the quality of food they are serving. Step it up or your customers will go elsewhere.

It wouldnt let me do less than one star. Not sure what happened, ordered from here quite a bit before & had great food & great service but the last few times we order from here they completely messed up the order (not all food was delivered). Food was over cooked & burnt, but was still somehow cold. Then when we called to complain & tell them food was missing from our order, they give us an attitude & say they have to check the cameras. Bad food, horrible customer service, time to find a new place to order food.

2nd time eating from here. 1st visit was better, my family and i had pizza and cheese fries which was really good. 2nd time i had it delivered, not so great! I had a cheese steak with cheese fries. The fries did not taste fresh and had no salt at all! The cheese steak should be called just a steak hoagie because thats exactly what it was. There was barely no cheese on it that i couldnt even see any and had to add extra cheese from home.

SPENT $31 AND THIS WAS THE WORST FOOD EVER OMG. PIZZA WAS SO NASTY. THE BURGER AND FIRES TASTED REALLY FAKE AND NASTY. THEY REALLY FALSE ADVERTISED TOO. SOLD ME WINGS WITH SAUCE ON THE SIDE AND I ORDERED MILD WINGS. I WANTED TO CRY BECAUSE I HAD TO GIVE THE FOOD TO MY DOGS AND THAT WAS THE LAST OF MY MONEY. I WANTED TO FEED THE KIDS AND THEY HATED IT. I HAD TO COOK THEM NOODLES SMH. NEVER AGAIN. PLEASE SHARE TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!!

WORST PLACE EVER! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I BOUGHT TWO 20 Oz. SODAS AND PAID 2$ FOR EACH ONE AND THEY BROUGHT ME TWO 12 OZ CANS AND TOLD ME TO DEAL WITH IT. SO DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO ME ON THE PHONE WHEN I WAS TALKING TO THEM VERY POLITE. NEVER WILL ORDER HERE AGAIN AND ILL MAKE SURE NO ONE ELSE WILL I KNOW!! AND THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING SMH THEY MEAT TASTE FAKE

Im from out of town and I visited 4 seasons for the first time. Best. Pizza. Ever. Everyone is very welcoming and super polite. Seriously the customer service was wonderful. Its a cute little Mom and pop shop and I see they are doing renovations inside which makes me know they care about their image and quality. I would highly recommend them to EVERYONE!!!!
