Update: Changed my review down to 2 stars. I visited this location recently, the food was great, but the service was horrible. I went through 4 different waiters (not a hard job to do) only one was helpful in the beginning. After waiting forever to request an iced coffee, the coffee arrived and I asked for both the check and plastic containers to take our food to go. One waiter came back with foam boxes (we had 2 soups we wanted to take home), before I could ask for the container, this waiter disappeared (mind you, its Sunday, not that busy in this place). When a new waiter shows his face asking if we needed anything, I asked for plastic containers, I went to explain that someone brought foam boxes, but he cut me off and rudely spoke over me asking "HOW MANY DO YOU NEED? 2? 1 LARGE, 1 SMALL" He just turned and walked away. Im guessing he wanted to chill with the other waiters by the bar looking section, because they also seemed like they werent doing anything but talking, all while one guy cleaned the table. All in all, I have brought people to this establishment, today was a new experience for a set of people that accompanied us, neither they, or myself will be coming back to this location. To the waiters: You had one job. Also, be a little more respectful, you might be funny with the wrong person on the wrong day and by the time you realize it, you might just be having a horrible day. Food is good. But if you are looking for a good experience, this place needs to clean their crew up and get rid of the jokers that make their establishment look this bad.

The Pho was excellent! Summer rolls were huge and tasty. The price is great. The atmosphere, average but clean and nice. The broth for the brisket Pho was top notch and the rice noodles were perfect. The fish sauce on the table was too salty for my taste, there are better ones. My only complaint is that after my meal I was informed that they dont take charges under $15.00. So he tacked an extra dollar on to my bill and basically told me what to tip so it would come out to the right amount. After all of this, as I was leaving I saw an ATM right in their lobby. I dont want to accuse him but he had to know it was there.

Ordered lemongrass chicken and waiter told me it had bones. Okay- a chicken bone from the leg or thigh I dont mind. But I dont think this was chicken. It had bits and pieces of bones in every bite. Like I couldnt enjoy it because every bite I would bite down on a bone. My husband got the Thai sandwich and it was good. The drinks where also good but it was hard to track a waiter down after we ordered. Maybe we will try again but Ill stay far away from chicken dishes

The beef pho is horrible and the spring rolls are old and soggy... Customer service needs a lot of improvement... The waiter needs more front of the house table maintenance. Not to mention that I brought my 1 year old and no one offered to bring me a high chair... I also felt offended when another waitress approached our waiter and was secretive... Manners definitely need to be trained as well! Never again...

Its crazy this place doesnt have more reviews. These guys moved here from South Philly and brought legit pho back to South Jersey with them. Its Phu Khang actually and the broth is the best in the area. They have some of the meats and items that your average pho place wont carry. Staff is cool and service is quick.

The special of the day was my quang. Normally a favorite of mine, but it was not done properly. They used short ribs instead of pork belly and the shrimps were overcooked. They also gave shredded cabbage instead of the mix of fragrant herbs thats supposed to go with it.

Food is always fresh and delicious. The atmosphere is very nice. However service is average depending on how busy the restaurant is. Typically food arrives in 5-10 minutes and is delicious.

I love this place. Ive been going here for years and they never disappoint. I loved it when it was Pho 38 and I still love it now that its Phu Khang. It even got an upgrade with the decor.
