They are so slow. I ordered one crave case (30 burgers) and some so sides. There were four people that ordered after me and they were served before I got my order. I was the last one left in the building. There seemed to be a full enough staff to accommodate the order (about 5 people working). Not sure why it took so long but it definitely didnt make me feel like a valued customer. The only reason it got an extra star is because they got my order right (no pickles). Some places always mess that up.

Its White Castle, what expectations do you really have going in? That being said, the service was good and the food was hot. They used to have value but like I found myself a little shocked at how much I spent. Prices have gone up, what can you do, when you have the crave you have to enter the crave zone. Keep in mind when I say it was OK I mean its was OK for what it is not relative or comparing it to other food in the world.

White Castle is a guilty pleasure. Its those little grilled onions that explode like tiny flavor crystals in your mouth... Relating to this location specifically though, I once saw a drunk man (a customer) take the ketchup hose/nozzle thing that they use to put ketchup on the burgers with from behind the counter and squirt it. Good times.

I ordered a crave case online for 415 am this morning they called me at 414am and I didnt have to wait once I got there and the food was fresh hot and very good the best White Castle I ever tasted I had to call the manager to tell him

I cant say that I was overjoyed with the food and the staff left a lot to be desired. It took them three tries to properly charge me for my order and it wasnt all that complicated.
