My sister and I stopped here yesterday during happy hour for some slushies. After waiting in the drive thru almost 20min, and being asked to pull to the window without placing an order. We finally made it to the window, they asked me to pay for a meal that wasnt mine because I hadnt ordered, and then they took another 10min, while making food runs to the cars behind us so they could leave in a timely manner (there was one car in front of me when I got there and 5 behind me by time I got to the window) But wait, theres more... After a not so pleasant experience I left with my Ocean Water and my sister with her Fresh Fruit Strawberry Slushie. She had placed it in her freezer and decided to eat it today, after removing it from a cup and placing it in a bowl she found mold at the bottom of her slushie. The disgust and just blatant lack of giving a fkk from this staff (excuse my French), I had to leave a review. Which I never really bother to. The manager on staff should be ashamed. As a southern girl who grew up loving Sonic-Drive Ins I am beyond disappointed!

Im beyond disgusted with this place. You allow the staff to wear whatever they want, they are out on the patio right in front of my car playing grab ass with people and they are smoking right on the patio when it strictly says no smoking. It took me forever to get my stuff and this place looks like a joke. I dont know if there is new management or not but this place has gone extremely downhill. DO NOT COME HERE! You will get nothing but disappoinment, coming from someone who has been coming here for the past 3 years and heard all the store secrets. From there being mold in the ice cream machines and dropping food on the floor and still serving it. I dont know how the health department hasnt shut this place down yet. This place is a damn disgrace. Please take it from someone who used to come here when it was good. This is pathetic.

First Sonic I encountered traveling south after leaving NYC for home. What a welcome sight! NYC is a magnificent city, but no Sonics there. This is a small slice of home and had me looking forward to returning to my familiar comforts. As can be expected, Sonic achieves the perfect fountain drink with perfect proportion blend of carbonated water to syrup, along with their signature ice. I still have a long way to go in my travels. This was a happy surprise treat in that direction.

First time ordering a hamburger from Sonic (no cheese), for $5 I got a burger with no flavor, I couldnt taste the meat, I couldnt taste the tomato or lettuce, I couldnt taste the bread, all I tasted was a ton of pickles and mustard. I know fast food isnt supposed to be gourmet, but at least Burger King burgers and even Wendys burgers have more taste, I would never order another burger from a Sonic again, unless they changed the way its made.

Horrible. The person taking orders couldnt listen very well and missed an order. What she did get was wrong. We notified them of what was missing, a menu item and a few additions (extra pickles, mustard) and she kept forgetting each item we asked for. Needless to say, the person taking orders needs a hearing aid and to slow down while others order. Thats how mistakes were made for us.

Lousy - she couldnt hear me to take my order - I repeated it several times - I ordered two hot dogs with chili ketchup raw onion and cheese a small order of fries a half and half unsweetened iced tea and lemonade large and extra ketchups. I got one hot dog with chili ketchup fried onions and cheese a small order of fries a large sweet tea and no extra ketchup - hot fog was good

This place is a hit or miss, some days the food/drinks are right and good other days completely wrong items and disgusting. To bad its the only Sonic by where I live, but to be frank its like a ghetto Sonic in such a nice neighborhood especially being near Meno Park Mall. Same thing with the workers you have ones that are super nice and others that just dont care smh.

Horrible customer service. We waited for 20 minutes to place an order using the drive-in machine and got no response. We gave up and lined up for half an hour to talk to an actual staff that personally took orders. When our turn finally came, she started talking to another customer and then closed the window. We lost it there and drove away.

This is one of the best sonics in the area I use to go to the one on rt 22 and this location makes it worth going here. If youre ever in the mood for shakes and ice cold fruit drinks this is the place to get them. Its fully customizable so dont feel limited by the options on the menu.

Its pretty good. I wouldnt say its great but its the only one around here so that kind of makes it good by default. The food comes out quick and their menu is pretty big. I would probably go here over other fast food places.

Sonic is good. I recently moved here from out of state where we dont have them. So the first few times it was amazing. But now that I been here for almost 2 years its no different to me than McDonalds or Burger King...

Awful dont do it. The chicken was cold as ice, the onion ring tasted like it was covered in sugar. The cheesy pretzel dog tasted like a cheesy pretzel turd........ Just go to KFC instead

Always a good time, and they close later than most Sonics. Super fast car delivery always surprises me with how quick they can pump out a half pound burger but Im not complaining!

Half off milkshakes after 8 during the summer is a really good deal. Fast service, and the food is what youd expect. Pretty good for a Sonic.
