This is supposedly "THE" Harold and Kumar White Castle! Which would make more sense if ... wait, what? You want that movie to make sense? At any rate, its a White Castle, with all that entails. It is surprisingly neat and clean. Surprisingly, that is, given its location, which isnt exactly the best part of New Brunswick. There are (yes, I counted) SEVEN (7) trash cans in the parking lot. Pick up yo trash, people! Service is friendly and reasonably prompt, if a tad slow at off-peak hours. Grab Neil Patrick Harris and a bottle of Pepto, take a drive, and check it out!

My first time at white castle was like watching a train wreck in slow-motion. I ordered a box of 16 frozen burgers. The lady asked me if it was for here or to go? Then they made me wait for 10 minutes. I thought ok, maybe they are working on my order. After 10 minutes, somedy recalled my order, went in the back, grabbed a box and brought it back to me. I was furious. The place was empty, too. At least the guy apologized... Sheesh!

Not great service at all. I was the only person in the store, yet I waited a good 5 mins before someone came to the register and asked me for my order. I made eye contact with a couple of employees so they definitely knew I was there. I was about to just leave before someone came. The food was pretty good, so at least they have that going for them.

Count me as a fan. I travel frequently so I have been to a dozen or so White Castles. This is one of the better locations. Service can be slow and nasty, but the food is almost always delicious (if unhealthy). To the complainers, you are not going to get $300 Chef Ramsay food and service for $6. Enjoy yourselves here and stop being so critical.

It was my very first time at White Castle. The food is good and their staff is friendly and helpful. This place is also well kept and clean. Now I can finally say I have eaten at a White Castle. I would give 5 stars if they updated the decor. =]

I can only speak about the drive-thru, but my first WC experience was in this location. The food slowly grew on me, but it was done pretty quickly considering I ordered 25 burgers!

The drive thru is the worst. You wait for 20 minutes just for service. It happened to me twice.while the whole time I thought I could be robbed behind this store and left.
