This place is awful. You should stay away! Do not even try to get a reservation. WHY? Because it is, by far, the best restaurant in South Jersey - bar none! And if you are reading this, you are looking for a great place to eat and I fear that you will go back again, and again, and again until it gets to the point that I cant get a table! From the serving staff, the chefs, the owners, Robin and Chris, Zinc Cafe is an exceptional place with exceptional people. I can honestly say that Zincs is our favorite restaurant. Period. We have never had a bad meal and I dare say we may have gone through the menu between us and our friends. And the Sunday brunch - just the worst! Too much food for too little money. These people are CARAZY!

This place is easily one the very best restaurants in our area. It is a casual and relaxed atmosphere, the service is consistently friendly and efficient, the prices are very good, including the option to order a half portion on some dishes, and the most important, the food is always truly excellent. The Chef and his wife are very very nice and genuine people, and they always remember returning costumers. The Black an White pasta is my favorite dish, coupled with the baked brie app. Very eclectic food mix should please anyone. I would always recommend you call to reserve prior to coming in. They tend to be busy, specially on weekends.

Food was incredible...definitely a place for foodies to indulge. My wife had the chicken salad with bacon and avocado and jalapeno ranch dressing. Her friend ordered an incredible chicken, cranberry and feta wrap. Portions are very generous. The day she went, she said the service was accurate, but just not friendly....kind of a "Whadda ya want?" type-attitude, coupled with a disdain for questions. So, if you can deal with that, youll still have an excellent meal.

From the day they opened back in June, the food is consistenly delicious. The vegan burrito and calamari salad are usually the two I choose from, however I have strayed a few times and never had a bad meal. Staff is always willing to accomodate special dietary needs. Service is impecable and the owners are alway available to chat. They take the time to ask your name and remember it when you on you next visit. A gem in the little town of Medford

The food at Zinc is so consistently fantastic. Ive been there 3 times and each time has been delicious. The decor is good although maybe it could use a better space. The inside has a weird layout when you first walk in which makes take-out kind of chore because you have to walk back and forth from the register to the front. You have to see it to know what Im talking about. I recommend it to a good amount of people.

Finally, a place to get healthy food at a good price. Zinc is a breath of fresh air for Medford. The staff actually seems to like their jobs, everyone is pleasant and pleased to serve you. The menu is wonderful; some entrees can be ordered as small plates - thank you, Zinc. We have so many good Italian restaurants in our small town, it is terrific having something different, lighter and tasty.

This place is just ok. My omelette was filled with peppercorns and was very spicy. It should be stated in the description on the menu. Also, the waitress did not look happy at all...to the point that she was rude. She should learn how to be nice to all customers, especially sensory impaired ones! All types of people go out to eat...if you cant deal with it then dont be a waitress.

A small and clean byob that gets very busy. They have a nice brunch menu on Sunday. I usually only order takeout here; but the food is always prepared and packaged in a consistent manner. Love the option of fries, fruit, or green salad with most sandwiches. Check the website for daily specials. They are always updated and accurate. The soups are phenomenal even for take out!

Zinc = consistently fantastic. The menus offer varied, delicious options, and the specials are inspired. Robin and the front of house staff are charming and fun. Zinc is the rare restaurant that is perfect for special occasions and regular occasions too. BYOB = also a plus. And I love the playlist, which is very "David Dye WXPN". Kudos Chris and Robin ! First walking up, this place was hopping! We didnt know we needed a reservation but we say on the patio without one. The crab and asparagus omelet is killer and the raspberry coulis on the croissant sandwich and raspberry stuffed French toast is out of this world! Our waitress Nicole took great care of us even though they were slammed. You wont regret going here!

The food is excellent and they are very nice. My friend had the hot open faced pastrami sandwich--the best pastrami Ive ever had--wasnt too salty and very tender--delicious! Dressing on my crab salad was great--didnt over power anything--a nice subtle accompaniment for the crab. We both had the lobster bisque--yumm!!

I have been going to Zinc since its opening. I LOVE IT! Everything is always delicious. My favorite is the shrimp and mango salad, but everything is great. The staff is wonderful and will accomodate your dish for you. Chris and Robin are friendly and welcoming as is their restaurant.

Whatever you do, dont ask for another table if you arent pleased with the one the rude hostess selects. She is beligerent & unprofessional. Food was average at best. Cheesecake for dessert was $8 & barely an inch wide sliver. Very overpriced & not tasty. Wouldnt rush back.

We had lunch and it was amazing. Everything is fresh, organic, and beautifully prepared. Lovely atmospher and great service. Generous portions include many amazing choices. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food. They have some vegan choices.

Food was very flavorful and the menu was quite comprehensive. I got eggs Blackstone and I could really taste citrus in the Hollandaise sauce. They had really pleasant outdoor seating too!
