I called and no one answered, until my call was forwarded to some call center in Texas (Im in NJ). After I placed my orders about 20 minutes later I get phone call verifying my order, only to find out that the order was placed in TEXAS! How the Heck does that happen when I ordered delivery and gave them my address including zip code. So 45 minutes go by and nothing... So I call again and surprise, surprise... No answer. I get patched thru and they said my order was put in the right store and should be there soon. 2 hours of waiting and the endless run around on the phone I find out the order was placed delivery and the store said they had been waiting for 40 minutes... Never again, needless to say we took our business to Papa Johns and were extremely satisfied.

Ok. Just went in for a personal pan pizza. Been wary because Ive heard bad things about this new location. So I wait 20 mins for this personal pan pizza. I go in and the dude looks all around like a bobble-head doll. I ask him if hes ok and he says, "Oh your pizza fell offthe oven rack, had to remake it... Itll be another 5 mins. W.T.F! UPDATE: Finally received my order...completely undercooked. This place is a Dumpster Fire! Avoid, go Subaway across the street.

this place is the slowest place ever, its not that they are busy, its just that they are lazy as hell, every time i call, puts me on hold forever, when I go there to order, they dont even tell me if its done, i waited and waited and finally asked, only the find out that my order is just sitting there for the past 20 minutes. i think they need to hire some more people or hire some one with some kinda intelligence, worst place ever.

Horrible customer service...waited an hour called to inquire about order..I got sorry it will be longer than usual..then they asked asked if I wanted to speak with a manager I said yes..they said okay hold on..8 minutes later I hang up call back and cancel order with some choice words..I would have picked up if I knew they were behind on delivery..not sure that would have made a difference though..not recommended!

We ordered a large vegan Pizza and it was delicious! It was piled with fresh vegetables and the best part was the price, only $10. We have ordered from here in the past and were not really impressed, but after this experience we will definitely order this again.

This staff are rude, the delivery was well past an hour and a half late, they lied about being busy because no customers were there. They hung the phone up on me and I wasnt rude at all. Never going back here again. EVER!

This is a nice pizza hut attached to the gas station. I went for the pizza lunch buffet and the staff were very excited about the work they had put into it, and it was pretty good and well stocked

Itd be nice if someone answered the phone. You employ all these drivers that loiter around the store doing nothing and the cant pick up a phone.
