Rudest workers, absolutely no customer service whatsoever! I went in because i needed to break a twenty. I asked the cashier, who turned around and asked another worker standing behind the food prep counter. She replies "no because the banks closed." Ok what if i buy this water? I buy the water and also ask for 5 singles instead of a 5 back to fulfill my need for change and the manager condescendingly says "after you get this change is there going around to be anything else?" All 3 workers I interacted with can benefit from some additional training and support. This will make me think twice before I purchase food from any location.

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is a great fast food place. They are a bit more expensive compared to the large fast food burger chains you may think of. Their menu is simple but the taste is great. They offer burgers, hot dogs and fries. They only offer fountain drinks (including water), but no milkshakes! A burger and shake is a classic combo and that is unfortunate that one can not get that here. They offer a lot of toppings which are "free" when you purchase the burger. They offer peanuts while you wait for your food order. It doesnt matter if you plan to eat in or take your food to go, it will come bagged up for you.

I have visited Five Guys in Hillsborough frequently and have consistently had good experiences with the food quality and customer service. When I went today, there was a delay since they had to start a new batch of fries, which was understandable. The head staff member quickly compensated me with a free drink while letting me know the wait time would be longer than usual. Still got my food quickly. The fries are very good and so are the portion sizes. I used to go to Wendys when I craved fries, but I feel that Five Guys gives me more for the money. Go Five Guys!

This five guys store is a disgrace to the brand. I consistently eat at the North Brunswick and freehold locations, so I am used to the excellent burgers they make at those locations. however, at this particular location, not only did the burgers taste bad, they tasted like a burger from McDonalds dollar menu. I also ordered Cajun fries, they tasted pretty bland and soggy. I love Five Guys burger, but I would steer clear of this particular location.

On three separate occasions, they have now screwed up my online web orders - incompetent staff that apparently cant read the order slip and gives me cheeseburgers when Ive very clearly ordered hamburgers! Then they cant credit your credit card for their screwup unless you return to the store in person! I will NEVER order from here ever again, especially since their are now better local choices like Mooyah! Done with this place!

Service was quick and the staff was friendly. The burgers are phenomenal and extremely tasty. The bacon is always perfectly crispy and its always nice getting the extra french fries in the bag along with your order. The fries can be hit-or-miss, however. Sometimes they are deliciously crispy and well seasoned while other times they can be soggy and overly greasy. When the fries are on point, this place can definitely hit 5 stars.

The food is always enjoyable, but I am still shocked every time I east here how expensive it is for a single meal. I paid almost $10 for basically a small burger, fries and a drink for each of my kids. Good burger, yes... But not worth $10. I am not likely to continue coming herev due to the cost.

Burgers and kosher hot dogs that you can add bacon to! Weird. Better burgers than most burger chains but its still a burger chain. Dont expect to be impressed. Free peanuts, in shell. Clean and fast. Soft drink dispenser is computerized so there is something for everyone.

Food is good but super unhealthy. The older I get the less I appreciate that they jam so many fries into your takeout bag. The peanuts while you wait is a nice touch. Make trips to this establishment very sparingly for the sake of your health.

Five Guys cheeseburgers are #1. The toppings are the best. Jalapeño and grilled onions man...... Plus A1, bbq and hot sauce, mayo, ketchup. I eat it too fast. Eat it slow and savor it is my suggestion :)
