Worse Customer Service experience of my life. We waited an hour and half for our food and had a sensitive waiter who cried to his manager about my party because my aunt joked with him about the biscuits taking a long time. My glass was empty for over an hour even though I asked for water twice. We had a issue with the bill as we requested to be comped for the terrible service and ended up being accused of being rude to the kid. It was ridiculous. So glad I live in DC as I will never have a need to return to that establishment. Im never going to redlobster again

Horrible horrible experience. We( 2 adults and 2 children under 6) went on a saturday feb 13th afternoon to a practically empty restaurant and were seated promptly. However, even after a half hour of waiting for a server to appear to get our drinks, we had NO service. After about half hour we walked out of the restaurant. We did let the manager know why we were walking out. This was the case in an almost empty restaurant, i shudder to think what it would be if the place was crowded!

Were locals and we dine here at least once a month. Were very happy with the food and service there. Weve eaten at many Red Lobsters but this one is far and above the best one that weve been to. Not all Red Lobster restaurants are the same but this one is awesome. The management are very nice, theyve been working there for years and they care about your satisfaction.

The manager Tracy Davie is incompetent as a manager...poor people skills. I wouldnt recommend dining with her as a manager. Ive been at this location several times.never have I been insulted and embarassed. Complete disgrace... Tracy should be washing dishes.. not a manager. Only if its managing picking up cowshit.

Food here is always great so the rating is for the staffing concerns. We came at approximately 12pm on Mothers Day. Lot of tables open but yet we still have a 20 minute wait. The GM shouldve planned for today to be busy and shouldve appropriately staffed his establishment for the noon rush. Do better.

This is a very mediocre seafood restaurant. Being close to the shore there are much better places to choose to enjoy great seafood. If you want over buttered food then go to red lobster. If you want some quality seafood check out any of the places near the shore.

It was good, Im not from the area, but Im a semi regular at the Red Lobster in my area, and this one was comparable. The food was good, and the service was good as well. Nothing extraordinary for a Red Lobster, but defiantly a pleasant experience.

The biscuits were warm, and the good was really good I had the Walts favorite which is a dozen lightly fried shrimps. The service was ok did feel a bit rushed at the end but the waitress was kind. My booth was a little chilly. I will visit again.
