If I could give this place 5 negative stars I would. Dont trust them. I went to the bank to go pay my mortgage, a place where they put all there money in a machine that checks it, left went straight home and order food from them. When the driver came I gave him the money,tipped him, closed the door and went to set the food on the table. As soon as I put the food on the table he came back and knocked on the door and told me that I gave him a fake 20 dollar bill. Now to me that made no sense what so ever because that would mean that the bank gave me fake money and I know damn well Wells Fargo is not handing out counterfeit money. What the driver did was switch the 20 dollar bill with the fake one he had and pretended like I gave him that one. I told him to give me my money back and gave him his food back . I told him that if he keeps handing out fake money to people theyre going to lose their business and get arrested because thats a felony.

I am giving them two stars because of my most recent experiences with them. My boyfriend and I get our usual from them every weekend as a treat, and the last few times have absolutely sucked. Whenever I call, its such a hassle to order my food. We always tip, and lately their delivery drivers have been rude or they simply do not speak to us. On top of their bad customer service, they took an hour to deliver the food last night. When we went to eat, the won ton soup was extremely salty and my boyfriend could barely keep it down. The fried won tons tasted rubbery and last time I bought them they were burnt. Their chicken lo mein tastes extremely bland and the chicken in it is sometimes dry. Its a shame because we really loved this place. I hate to have to look for a new restaurant to order from now.

I had saved 12 receipts of 10 dollars or more for a free entree. I walked in expecting a free entree for being a loyal customer and they told me I cant use my credit receipts, and that I needed to have another receipt which was not included in all of my orders.. then one guy from the kitchen comes out and rudely tells me the same thing.. I will never come back to this place...!! Horrible Customer Service :0

This was my first time ordering from this place. Speedy service, decent customer service. I ordered the General Tsos chicken, though I did like the way the chicken was cooked (had a nice crunchy fried texture) I did NOT like the sauce that they used. I am used to a sweet sauce on General Chicken but this was extremely salty! I could not finish it due to the amount of salt.

They ripped me off. I placed an order and asked specifically for the total price so i had it ready for the driver the woman told me $17.32 when the driver delivered the total was $35.80. Its not likethose prices are even close or sound the same and when i called to ask about it the woman was extremely rude to me. I feel bad for their drivers.

Got shrimp and broccoli asked for extra sauce which I got barely any sauce, fried scallops were fried breading . broccoli tasted like it was going bad.food was just awful.JIANGS in Pomona still the best!
