Let me just say I love takeout/delivery Chinese food. I ordered for lunch while out of town for work. They said it would take 40 minutes. 50 minutes passes by and they did not call. I called and they said the delivery driver is on his way. I go to my hotel lobby, and another 15 minutes passes by so I called back. They tell me its going to be another 10 minutes and theyll call the driver. I continue to wait in the lobby and the 10 minutes passes by and still no phone call or food. I call once again and they only offer to call the driver (which they were already supposed to do) and I asked for 1/2 off as its been an extremely long time and they didnt even have the courtesy to call me and they said no we can only give 20%. I was extremely upset and said this crazy, it would have been fine if you wouldnt have kept telling me itll be there soon. They then offered 30% off and then hang up on me. FINALLY the food arrives and the driver does not even apologize and only gives me 30% off my bill ($5). I take it to my room and the food is room temp with mushy rice, the "spicy" general tsos chicken is sweet and not crispy, and my bottle of water is warm. Never experienced anything like this and the food ended up being horrible.

Honestly, this place doesnt even deserve a star. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING, AND THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!!!!! Ordered beef & broccoli, beef tasted as if it was spoiled. The rice looked and tasted like a mushy mass, gross. Not only that but the egg rolls did not even smell like egg rolls. Soaked in dirty oil. Smelled really bad. Driver was extremely rude. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN, NOR DO I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Im not one complain about my food, but I have tasted Chinese food before, I understand everyone cooks differently but this was disgusting.

Reliable, solid Chinese food - and they deliver! Our two favorite things... Menu is pretty standard American Chinese food, with the usual and the expected. My wife and I have had meals from here nearly 100 times (literally; we love us some Chinese food) and while I wouldnt say anything weve ordered has ever been extraordinary, everything has been tasty, well prepared, and their consistency is admirable. Its not a place to sit down and eat, however - its straight up take out, or as we prefer, delivery.

I loved the food,especially the lo mein and the sasame chicken! The service are great and I really love that the food are fresh compared to the one I been to and I have been to more than 10 different chinese restaurants.They are one of the places that do delivery and I am really glad that they do delivery and catering.The price was not expensive at all and I was on a budget at that time. I am eatting their food right now.I cant wait to order again tomorrow!

The last few reviews confuse me... I work in an office building and we order large amounts of food at least once a week (5-14 orders). We have never had any delivery problems. Yes the rice is sticky (like sushi rice), but that doesnt make it horrible... the flavor is great in fact and the rice works great with chop sticks. I love the chicken wings, boneless spare ribs, chopped suey, hot & sour soup,moo goo gai pan, egg rolls... hmmm what next? :-)

Horrible customer service. Took our order and even repeated it back correctly. Ordered lemon chicken, received chicken lo mein. When I called to let them know, they didnt apologize, told me it would be 35 minutes, and wanted to charge me more money!

Ive been coming here for years. Best Chinese food in town! I like the sesame chicken, teryaki chicken and their Hunan special mai fun! Also their deals and prices on their food are awesome! 5.95 for teryaki chicken!? Its awesome! Must try!

I went few times and so far is a good place. The delivery is not the best one, but for take-out they did well all the times. Usually a lot of people went to buy. If you dont like wait come before soon youll be better attended.

Horrible food. I ordered vegetable fried rice and this is not my first Chinese place I ever had. Terrible rice and piece of meat showed up. When I told that to then the is no response. Would never recommend.

I dont know what happened to this place, but, the quality of the food has taken a nose dive recently. Beef is gristle & so is the chicken? Its not too bad if you dont eat anything that once lived...?
