Its kind of hard to absolutely LOVE a Chinese restaurant. Thats why I rate it "liked it" BUT for this area its definitely one of the BEST. It may depend on what you order, but for my taste, they have quite a few items on the menu that are excellent. I rate Asian Delite (formerly China Palace) in Bernardsville; Chu Cafe in Basking Ridge; and Mr. Chus in East Hanover the three best Chinese restaurants around here. Ill put it to you this way, if you like or love Ling Ling - you will not like Asian Delite. (I think Ling Ling is some of the worst Chinese food Ive ever had - greasy and flavorless)

The food is more expensive here, true, but its super good chinese food! the interior looks nice, though Ive only taken out. Ive had the chicken and broccoli and the fried dumplings, and they were both awesome - blows the standard cheap and greasy Chinese restaurants in our area away. They also offer both Japanese AND Chinese food here, so you can order sushi, which is nice. Only complaint is that they dont have crab rangoon (cheese wontons) but really those are pretty unhealthy and I shouldnt be ordering them anyway. Plus, you can snag the wi-fi from neighboring Starbucks while you wait.

I havent eaten here for a while, so I called up to get some take out. gen tso chicken, one of what SUPPOSED to be the cheapest dishes, cost $13.00!! WTF?! if a dish as simple as that cost that BEFORE tax, then what the hell can all the other food cost. WAAAAYYY TO EXPENSIVE FOR CHINESE FOOD!

The food is horrible. I tried this place for the second time during lunch (out of desperation for chinese food) and this place just sucks. The quality of the food (for a chinese food place) was horrid. Keep you cash and go to burger king next door if you are that hungry. I know I will.

The food, service and decor is very good. I drive to get to this restaurant and is always worth the trip. For the person complaining about the price you pay for QUALITY. If not eat at/from home. Anything good you are going to pay for.
