This place is ridiculous! They must be going through financial struggles in a bad way. On 4/28/17 I took my 15yr old daughter her friend from school and 8yr old out to dinner one Friday night. Our first time their and the kids loved it! Im from the city and frequently eat at Japanese / Hibachi restaurants so unlike the kids, I immediately notice the quality of the restaurant was low. The bathroom is trashy like a McDonalds or Wendy and the food was good but small portions of meat and tons of rice. The kids needed extra shrimp and extra chicken to have a real meal but no biggie they were enjoying themselves eating that extremely dry ass chicken LoL Never had dry hibachi chicken lol But whatever we ate the kids were happy and my bill was $143.07 exact! Thats not including the tip!! Paid and tip than left no biggie. Last night the kids wanted to go out again I suggested this place because I work in center city Philadelphia so Im tired from my commute and this place is literally 5 mts from our house so we all go. The manager comes to our table after sitting us down and stated the last time we were their we did not give a big enough tip and if we were to stay they would need 18% of the bill as a tip!! I said what!! This dump!! I gave a pretty good tip and paid a pretty large bill and it was weeks ago so for them to remember us and our tip was crazy lol they are extremely offensive, trashy over price and obviously Brooke! One star is all they get for my kids loovveed Jevin the chief. Thats it one darn star and they are lucky the got that! Trashy nasty Brooke place needs to be closed down honestly.

horrible. the chef repeated my order correctly when he arrived to the table but forgot to bring my. he asked everyone else at the table who had steak how they wanted it cooked and they all said medium well. I like my steak cooked medium rare ad tried to inform the cook but he was too busy cooking to pay me any attention. My sister also tried getting his attention but was also blown off. I told the waitress that I also ordered steak and she ran to the chef to whisper in his ear...the result was that I got a smaller portion of steak cooked medium well. Not one person caught the zucchini in their mouth as all of it went over our heads... The chef also went around the table with sake (spelling???) shots and forgot me...again. I am 25-years-old and had a wine with my dinner so I am clearly of age to drink. Not fun to have to be left out with your food order and the whole show. Heads up everyone, go to Bonzai. They give you tastier and bigger portions and are cheaper. The chefs also know what they are doing there.

I am an avid eater and lover of sushi- rolls, sashimi, nigiri-I love it all. I have had sushi all over the world, and Mikado has some of the best sushi I have ever had. Their specialty rolls are absolutely off the hook! Their product is always fresh, well presented, and fairly priced! Great, fast service and nice staff. Their hibachi also rocks! A must-try for any sushi lover!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. The cooks are not on the same level. If you get a red hat, run. It was so bad that my daughter was in tears because we didnt get the same experience as the other birthday kids. Even more disappointing is that managers refused to make it right and wouldnt even comp us anything.

We are from eastern Long Island and have tried quite a few Japanese restaurants. This was definitely one of the best. Everyone was very polite. Server had a great attitude. Nice atmosphere. Excellent food. Will go again if in the area.

Had a good time for my moms Birthday. Consistently good place for Hibachi dinner. Very friendly staff. Only slight downfall is our chef was not as entertaining or maybe skilled as others we experienced at other places.
