If you like rude teenagers and bagels with more hole than bagel, then this is the place for you. When asking for "a dozen plain" one of them actually asked me "a dozen what?". Now I know she cant be that stupid. Its a Bagel store. While being rung up, one girl asked me a question and when I went to answer she said "not you". Apparently she was speaking to a person behind me at the same time. So rude. I stopped going there, after the 2nd time I said thank-you when I bought bagels and got nothing but a dirty look back. There are other local bagel places that give service with nice attitude. Oh, and Bagels and Beyond gives you 12 bagels, not a bakers dozen (13) like the other bagel places do.

The bagels are about of average quality. Some are better than others. The staff is mostly very young girls who are very nice but its eIthet understaffed or run poorly. Bc every time Im there I wait in line for like 15 minutes just to order the bagel and then I wait another ten. It feels awkward standing there too bc its set up like a line. And then u never know when to pay bc they never tell u so then some Ppl cut in line to order before u get to pay. Very disorganized.

I read some of these other reviews and some of the comment are just not true. First, they do the Bakers dozen now and secondly, there is no "bagels with more hole that bagel". I have been in that shop plenty of times and never had a problem with them. The bagels are delicious and maybe once in a while I will get a bagel with a big hole. Also, none of those girls are teenagers! This makes no sense. Get your facts straight before you rant online about them.

The bagels here are to die for, definitely delicious and fresh. However; the staff here make you feel like a scolded child every single time you order. Ive been hung up on multiple times, Ive been huffed at and given dirty looks. They make me feel bad about asking for it toasted and I started ordering over the phone so I dont have to talk to them anymore!!! Great bagels, terrible service.
