Yes, this place does have authentic food. I do not however speak very good spanish, therefore the woman behind the counter was little to no help to me. Plus, they charged me $17.21 for cheese quesadillas (literally cheese and a tortilla) baked and quacamole and chips. Really? I love me some mexican, but this was crazy to spend almost $20 on practically nothing. El Norte in Lodi has seriously good authentic Mexican. Try it out!!

There isnt much of a place to sit down in this restaurant but if you are looking for really good mexican food to take out this place is great. The location used to be a small diner in downtown Hillsdale. Weve picked up dinner from here a few times and I have not been disappointed with the tacos, or enchiladas. The rice and beans are delicious as sides and their salsas really complement the meals.

Good Mexican food that I havent had the opportunity to have since I was home(Washington). Place is a little hole in the wall thats a little rough around the edges but dont let that deter you. Been here a couple times and the food is pretty good. Mind you no 5 star restaurant or anything, but for a good taco fix this is the first place I go. And always load up on the verde salsa, its great.

i ate here once, and the beef burrito i ordered was the most disgusting thing to ever come in contact with my tastebuds. it was like chewing on soggy cardboard. now every time i pass this excuse of a restaurant it just makes me angry.
