A few weeks ego I went to get a cup of coffee and they were some people behind the counters and in one of the registers a line and the other they were nobody, so I am waiting because in the other register people order meals, after a few minutes they told me to go on the other register and I ask why if this one was open and plenty people to take my order which was just a cup of coffee since they did not want to move to this register I walked out, the next day I went in the morning and got a cup of coffee and tasted terrible, so they changed for fresh cup and the same it was disgusting, so I stop going there, today I went for coffee for me and another for a friend, when I got to the office and he took a zip of the coffee he told me that taste like was burned all night and my too, so in the afternoon I went back and give the manager my coffee and told her to pay attention that it was either bad mix, but twice? or they change the brand they were using before, so they just lost a customer and I never I repeat never go back there, customer service is going down there, perhaps someone have to remain them who pay their salaries

This place is straight up cuckery. I asked for a sandwich they asked what kind. I asked for cuckeroni. They asked what that was. I said something tasty. They asked for a legitimate order or else they would have to ask me to leave. I said fine asked for a grilled cheese. Let me be Jesus or something but I swear, an employee was eating a cuckeroni sandwich (lightly toasted) right in front of me. They gave me a myPanera plus card but didnt tell me what it was for. Like seriously. I cant even buy Dark Souls III with this card. Its worthless. Just like my art major. As I was eating my grilled cheese ( not cuckeroni) the one employee was just staring at me. I swear it was the weirdest thing ever. Ill probably go back though. That eye contact was amazing. I got cucked

I frequent Panera restaurants around the country, traveling for business, because they are dependably clean, friendly & with a nice bakery & lunchtime selection. This cafe is the same -- a nice place to sit with a book or the paper, or your laptop on their free wifi, and enjoy good coffee & a croissant or sandwich. Its comfortable & warm... A nice place. I think Luis Carvajel must be a troll, since he shows up on several coffee sites with the lone bad review for each. Hes not talking from experience here...

Came back today and got yelled at for trying to pay with a 20, then after 45 minutes of waiting for my smoothie, the worker behind the counter told me to calm down and assured me that it would be ready momentarily. After another 10 minutes, they gave me the wrong drink and tried to make me pay for another one. Ill probably be back, but I want to be clear that Im not very happy with the experience.

Panera Bread is awesome. It is my number 1 favorite restaurant of all time. Their grilled cheese is so cheesy and delicious, plus their tomato soup is so creamy. I recommend you get the mango smoothie, it is soooo good. Plus their pastries are only 99 cents!!!!! I strongly believe whoever is reading this should go to Panera.

Catering is the best. Patrick help me with breakfast for 15 people. He made suggestions and guided me through the process. Delivery was on time and he even followed up with me to make sure everything was ok. I would definitely recommend Patrick to help you with all of your catering needs.

Service is prompt. Associates are usually, but not always, friendly and helpful. The dining area is kept clean. This location is pretty modern in terms of technology, compared to other Panera locations, as well (ex: order kiosks, buzzers for ready orders).
