My friend made reservations a couple of months in advance for dinner on Valentines Day. Since I knew it was one of the famous and most expensive restaurants in the city, obviously expectations were high. The place was about 3/4 full by 8:00 pm. The hostess was courteous and helpful, the atmosphere elegant and the soft jazz playing in the background by a 4 member band was at about the right volume. The Menu: they had a special menu for the V-Day, when we asked for the regular menu, we were told it wasnt available. Fine. So we ordered Blinchiks for appetizer, boeuf a la Stroganoff as entree, a glass of wine and desserts. The Blinchiks were delicious, so we held a toast and... the semi-sweet white wine we ordered proved to be semi-dry Chardonnay! Not too bad, but not what we asked for. The Stroganoff arrived on time, Ive tried it at a couple other places and it was tasty and full of flavor: but not here. Bland, dull, and overboiled to the point I could mash it with a teaspoon. No trace of the short ribs, hardly flavored and not hot at all, so by the time the waiter took the plates back to the kitchen it was hardly warm and 2/3 intact. The Blintzes for dessert were great and possibly the best thing out of what I ordered for the night. Thats below expectations for a $180+ check per person.

This place can fit a few people, literally, max!! Its genuinely a take out, to go place...forget to go...Call first if you have to pick up anything. Theres three or 4 parking spaces on a very busy street corner, with a bus stop in front of it & the cars there are often their delivery cars in the lot so just walk if you have to go there or have them deliver the food. Theres not a lot of places to even stand in there so if you are, for some bizarre reason, in a mood/place that you must have PIZZA HUT now or whenever call, go online & get some of their.not so great overpriced food, that makes you fat just looking at it. Oh, just thought Id mention the staff here isnt that great either so check out your in house orders before you leave. Delivery is quick but maybe you may wish to use the time you save on their "FAST FREE DELIVERY" to pick anywhere else to eat...Youll pay less & be healthier & happier for it.

This is my place of choice for whenever Im craving some pizza. I always place my order online and pick it up at the store. Its not a place to dine in but thats something Ive never intended on doing. I see a lot of people reviewing negatively over delivery and lateness but I cannot attest to that as I always pick up my own order. I once noticed I was given the wrong pizza halfway home and they fixed right away and let me keep the wrong one. Another time they charged my card twice and I hadnt noticed. They called my cell about 40 minutes later letting them know of the mistake and that they were refunding me the 2nd transaction but it would take 3-5 business days. I dont mind this. Mistakes occur and they have handled very well with me. All my other experiences were without mistakes. I enjoy this pizza hut and theyve done a good job keeping me around even though I live in almost 2 towns over.

Im so sick and tired of this place. Everytime I come or order from this location theres always a problem. Like right now, I walk in at 10:40 to stand in the front for exactly 10 mins no one is around, like literally no one is around. I must said hello like 5 times. I could of robbed the place and no one would of noticed, Im not even lying, I would of it but there was no one around. Finally, some guy comes out and say were closed. But its 10:51 and Ive been standing here in the frontristate for 11 mins now. If your close at 11 why is the door open ?? Anyways the guy refused to do anything and I stormed out. Never again will I give these ppl any of my time and money. The absolute worst. And I love pizza hut but they just lost a customer and its a damn shame.

Pizza tasted like old mold with no cheese or sauce. 90% of the workers there were like under 18 so they had absolutely no experience with anything.. AVOID GOING HERE! I had a bad experience and the girls whom take your order have a strong attitude which makes the environment hostel and uncomfortable. They take very long also if you order on the phone and when the pizza gets there its delivered by young drivers so your pie is cold and overall the melted cheese they put slides off AVOID THIS PLACE!

I always order from here when i want pizza hut. Because it is nearest to me, and the closest one that delivers. It is 1.3 miles/4 mins. Away (via Google Maps). Every time I order, they say 1 hour. But it always takes them 1.5 hours -2 hours. I call them, they give an attitude and tell me that the driver left already. And then when it comes to my house its burnt and cold. If you want good service from pizza hut near Guttenberg, look somewhere else and let me know.

I would give them a negative number but all i can give us 1 start as the lowest. Ordered wings out of 16 wings 2 only had enough sauce on then for flavoring the rest were just plain, so disgusted at bit enough sauce so discouraged not to eat. Customer service horrible, walked away cane back 15 min layer to see if i was ready when i said exist me several times. WILL NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN, NEITHER SHOULD YOU

Muy lentos 1 hora 30 minutos en aser una entrega son una porquería. A quien le gustaría comer una pizza fría. Son lo peor en la comida rápida. Tienen que mejor su delibery.

The food never came. I called the store, I was being really nice and the person who answered hang up on me. I called again to speak to the manager to address the issue and she hang up on me too. Then they called to apologize because they made a mistake in the order. Horrible! I have worked 5 years in custumer service and this is unacceptable

The worst place ever!! Not only their service is poor but the way they handle a customer service after waiting an hour in half for a pizza that was cold and I asked for wings and they send me nuggets and the manager argues with me the thats wings!!! Terrible place bad service never ordering from there again! I dont recommend it! NO stars.

This pizza hut just surprises me every time. They have NEVER delivered anything anywhere close to the estimated delivery time given and I live 10 minutes away! They are usually 30+ minutes late. Im done ordering from them, I would much rather pay a bit more and get better quality and service from local pizza shops.

Theyre delivery is horrible. Ive ordered twice from here and they came 2 hours late both times and they messed up my order. Then my brother ordered one time and the same problem. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! They need to fix their system. I rather go to papa Johns or dominos than to order from this specific location.
