I would first like to begin with I am a loyal fan of pizza hut and had excellent experience with them for the past 5 years! Upon visiting, I decided to persuade my family by ordering pizza hut from this restaurant store number #013159. BIGGEST MISTAKE!!! I was overcharged. I ordered 2 medium pizzas, cheese sticks, wings and a drink. One of the pizzas was cold, old, and very dry.In addition, it had little to NO cheese on it. The other pizza was great except for the HAIR in it. The cheese sticks were perfect but the wings were burnt. As for the customer service.... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, I walked in and they served the man behind me because he spoke Spanish, (I guess they didnt know I spoke the language too) even though I arrived before him they served him first. They charged my account without saying hi, smile, or anything. They did not have the correct sauce for the wings, I said it was okay and selected a different one. I They didnt want to restock stuff so other items were missing. The ladies were yelling across the store "wheres da bbq sauce at? there aint none" "where da drank at, she want a mt dew..." Overall, I had to wait an extra several minutes I had to correct them on my order and change it a few times because they were too lazy to go into the back and get the proper items. Upon receiving my order I asked them to show it to me and it didnt look pleasant!!!! I was ready to say take it back but since they already charged my account it would be a waste. To make matters worst they tried to charge me AGAIN after I waited the extra 10 plus minutes for them to finish my order! Very unprofessional, loud, rude... I will NEVER order from them again. Do yourself a favor, go to another location

We ordered 1 Garlic bread pizza ( 9 pieces), 1 Pzonne and 1 order of breadsticks with a Pepsi, the order was placed at approximately 9:40PM. We received our food by 10:50PM However the breadsticks were forgotten and the food arrived cold. We called back to let the women on the phone know that we did not receive our full order. She was rude and did not apologize and asked if we wanted to be given credit or if we wanted the food. ( I SHOULD HAVE CHOSE CREDIT). Instead I chose to get the food because I was really looking forward to eating them. Now we called back immediately after we brought the food into the house which was at around 10:57 or so. Of course we didnt realize that Pizza Hut closes at 11:00 PM. Anyway, we didnt receive our remaining food item until almost 12AM. Being that we had to wait so long you would think that the food would be fresh...I can assure you it was NOT fresh and it tasted like someone microwaved the order of food from 2 hours ago....The sauce tasted sour and made me sick while the breadsticks were soggy and tasted like they were sitting for weeks. We were not at all pleased with how this was handled. It shouldnt matter if you close at 11:00PM or your open until 1:00AM, customer service and satisfaction should be top priority and I Can assure you that it wasnt and you could feel it over the phone and in the food. We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut for a very long time. I will be calling in the morning and speaking to a manager about our food that will now be thrown away because it is not edible. Seriously. . . 3 in 5 orders comes wrong here... Missing soda, messed up topping, etc. Delivery time min 45-1hr! When you call they do not apologize for mistake. They send youor bring back missing or messed up orders another hour later. Who is charge of quality of service here?? Should be fired. I only re order cuz i hate dominos and this is the onky one near that deliver. Shame on them. Still waiting for my re order.

Ordered online estimated delivery time was 35 minutes took an hour and 20 minutes. I called after an hour and was told it was out for delivery after another 20 minutes called again. When I asked the store why I was quoted 35 minutes she told me that they always quote that. The food arrived cold and in crushed boxes. This was on a Tuesday when it shouldnt be that busy. Will never order from there again.

They never follow instructions when you order and 9 times out of 10 they DONT FULLY SLICE the pizza. Ive always liked Pizza Hut over Dominos now I ride an extra 15min PASS this Pizza Hut to get Dominos. Bad Customer Service when you bring up issues and they dont even try to compensate for their mistakes. AVOID!!!!

This place has messed up my orders on more than one occasion. you order one thing, show up for pick up, and the order is wrong. Then you have to wait for them to make what you ordered un the first place. Whats the point!! Then they dont even offer a free soda or something to make up for their mistake.

I ordered online for my brother to pick-up 8/26/13. To make the story short, they ripped me off because they didnt give him all of the items I ordered but took all the money!!! Just dont bother. Save your money and go some place else! pOs place! Short tempered staff, rude, just dont bother!

I ordered pizza online and they took 1 hour for delivery. Finally the pizza is not cooked well and i do not prefer this location. customer service is also not good....

are you serious we asked for a 2 letter Pepsi and they gave some us a 12 onz for the price of 2 letter and they put barley any toppings on the pizza
