TERRIBLE customer service. Mocked me. placed an order on grub hub for a crispy chicken wrap. It clearly says in the description that it comes with tomato lettuce and mayo, like most wraps anywhere normally do. I click add bacon. Give it the amount of time to deliver. Open my wrap. Find a wrap with literally just chicken and bacon thrown into it. Nothing else. So I call to complain because who would want to eat a wrap with no moisture what so ever? Its disguising. The guy was extremely rude to me ok the phone, literally started yelling at me. Told me I should have written it in the description if I wanted tomato lettuce and mayo. Why would I if you already have it clearly stated in the description? Never have I been treated so poorly but someone in a customer service position. He literally started mocking me and saying "boo-boo" over and over again when I said I would not be ordering anymore and would be writing a review. Astonished. To think I loved this place.

Im highly suspicious of any positive reviews because they have been consistently bad Over cooked tasteless pizza over cooked under stuffed calzones wings that are dry anemic and awful. We got two drumettes out of ten wings & some wings were as small as my finger I am not kidding 90 minute wait time on orders & bad customer service. Go to yelp dont trust positive reviews. You can also see the REAL pizza that we took pictures of.

I ordered from empire again tonight. I figured I would give them another chance. Another mistake. My order was missing fries that was supposed to come with my meal. It took over an hour to get here and the food was cold. $20 down the drain. Do not order from here.

Very bed...i called yesterday at 6pm for delivery ......after 1hr and 15.mins i call them again and they say the driver is on the away. I had to call them again at 8pm after 2hrs the driver show up with garlic bread No pizza...and they charge me from my card...

I just waited an hour for a deluxe patty melt and boneless wings. The "deluxe" patty melt was a soggy toasted burger where the meat was not seasoned the fries were soggy and the food was cold. I would never ever order from them again. Save your money

I order here often because the food is great! And not only that but the prices are amazing!! Try getting a giant pizza with there topping and see how much anywhere else and i guarantee youll after eating one from here youll be addicted like me.
